Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Note: this house is not handicap accessible however there is a ramp with a small step up. 2 tub showers; No walk in shower.
