Homely cottage in the national park

This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

Rent a cottage by the forest in a quiet little village. At the bottom there is a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a hallway with a sauna. In the upper part there are 2 rooms, in one double bed, in the other a bunk bed for three people and a toilet with a sink. In front of the cottage is a pond that belongs to the cottage, there are lots of fruit trees in the garden, and beautiful seating.

I had a very pleasant stay! The hostess is extremely nice and polite, the contact was straightforward and warm. The apartment is small, but very cozy and above all sparkling clean – you feel right at home. Everything you need for everyday life is really there. Shopping is just around the corner, which is super convenient. I will definitely be happy to return!

The place was quite easy to find after a few initial difficulties. Of course, it may have been due to the language barrier and the translation. 🙈 But everything is no problem, we found it. The place itself looked exactly like the pictures. 👍 Everything you need was there and also clean. There were towels, bed sheets, coffee machine, cutlery and even a filled minibar on site. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the sawing and mowing work of the neighbors and workers, but what has to be done has to be done. 🌲 For activities or shopping, however, you have to take long walks or a 20-30 minute drive. BUT we also wanted a remote accommodation on the mountain and that's exactly what we got! Therefore, the walking distances and car journeys were no problem for us.⛰️ Finally, we can say that we were able to enjoy a lovely holiday in nature and would also recommend the accommodation. 👍

This is one of the best houses I've ever booked. We were surprised by the impeccable cleanliness with accents on details, the towels were neatly folded and there was a small gift in the form of chocolate, a small thing, but very pleasant. The atmosphere on the territory of the house and in the neighborhood is quiet , birds sing. we liked it so much that we didn't want to leave. The hostess is incredibly friendly. I recommend to everyone ✨

Nice, clean accommodation adjacent to the farm. Horses and cows grazed right in front of the windows, which the children liked very much. Everything was fine, except for the air conditioning, which we wanted to turn up, but it smelled quite strongly.

Siegfried's place is a real insider tip in the Ore Mountains! The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy peace and nature – surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and beautiful scenery. Especially great is the nearby restaurant with delicious food and a large playground right in front – perfect for families. Here you can relax and simply relax. Siegfried is a kind-hearted host who takes care of his guests with a lot of passion. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. If you're looking for pure nature, this is the place to be! Very nice cottage with a great view of the valley. Located in the middle of the forest, so very quiet. Except for a few hikers passing by, no other people nearby, so a perfect place for a break. The amenities offer everything you need for a short stay. The second bedroom is not a room per se but a bed in the attic. It was no problem for us, but those who value more privacy should take this into account. A chic sauna in the garden completes the successful accommodation.
