This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Discover the charming Lingen from our newly renovated apartment "Stadtherz" in a prime city location. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 adults, just 100 meters from the idyllic Dortmund-Ems Canal, 600 meters from the lively market square, 800 meters from the EmslandArena and 800 meters from the train station. Enjoy modern comfort within walking distance of the city's best attractions. Perfect for a relaxing stay or as a starting point for your city explorations.

The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. Dogs would have to be compatible with the cat. Dogs on request. There is a garden sauna, at the house, where 3 people can lie. In front of the sauna is a fire bowl. Cost: 15 euros per hour. Please register for the sauna, as I need to give a short briefing. You can grill, a grill is available.

The vacation rental is located right next to us with a separate entrance and private terrace. Fürstenau is about 3 km away.
