Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Ηταν ολα τελεια, πολυ ομορφο σπιτι πανω στη θαλασσα, νοιωσαμε σας στο σπιτι μας. Οπως ειπα και στην Κα Βουλα θα θελαμε να εχει κλιματιστικο και στο σαλονι εκτος απο τα 2 υπνοδωματια, αλλα κατα τ’αλλα δεν εχουμε κανενα αρνητικο σχολιο. Ευχαριστουμε για ολα

The property was actually better than expected, with a spacious lounge and an outside seating area with stunning views of the bay below and the surrounding hillsides. Marina, the host, was very attentive and friendly. Approach rod can be a bit tricky, but that is the case with most access roads on Kythnos.

We had a great time during our stay at Aimilia’s studio! The view from the terrace is amazing and very peaceful! The studio was very clean and matched the fotos, restaurants, supermarket and beach are in walkable distance!!! We had a great communication with Aimilia and the check-in process was easy! Also the people of Kanala are very friendly and lovely!!! Definitely we will visit again!

J ai passé un séjour formidable et reposant la maison est encore mieux que les photos tout est neuf et chaque détail est soigné pour le confort vraiment décorée avec beaucoup de goût il Ne manqué absolument rien Et de toutes façons il suffit d un message et j ai eu un retour immédiat Vraiment parfait je conseille vivement Joëlle

This is our second time here. We LOVE this place. Perfect place in a perfect spot. Flampouria really is the best… solitary swims before 10am are such a rare thing. The sunsets are wonderful too. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to rest and recharge by the sea. I also want to mention our wonderful hosts who have been so warm and kind to us on both occasions! Thank you for sharing this perfect spot. :)

Πολύ ευγενικός, φιλικός και εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος ο Αντωνης. Καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος ο χώρος . Μάλιστα , οι φωτογραφίες τον αδικούν . Η τοποθεσία σχετικά καλή , η Δρυοπίδα δεν ήταν προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια ωστόσο. Η είσοδος στον χώρο σχετικά δύσκολη λόγω του ότι ήταν σε στροφή στον δρόμο και το βράδυ δεν είχε έστω φως για να διευκολύνει τον εντοπισμό της οικίας και της εισόδου. Υπήρχε ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα . Εαν και όταν διαμορφωθεί ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος θα είναι ιδανικο κατάλυμμα για την διαμονή κάποιου στην πανέμορφη Κύθνο! Σημειώνω ότι είχαμε μαζί μας και το σκυλάκι μας.

Ideal place for peaceful vacations, excellent communication with Margarita, she was always responsive and kind. The road was enough rough to get there but the place was something else! The house was fully equipped and only few steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ioannis house. We read the facilities and descriptions, but did not quite anticipated the house in different levels. It was really enjoyable. The location is great and private, in a nice neighborhood. It just need to have a walking access taverna and supermarket to be perfect ;) But overall, a great house, great location and very friendly host.

Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 25 αστέρια. Όλα ήταν καλομελετημένα και εύχρηστα. Πολύ άνετοι χώροι. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι κι εξυπηρετικοί. Δεν μας έλλειψε τίποτα και πέρασαμε ξεκούραστες διακοπές!

Η ωραιότερη βεράντα της Κύθνου.Μαγική !!! Ο κ. Γιώργος πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης και εξυπηρετικότατος σε όλα !!!!!Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ !!!

We loved it! We stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time. It is on a quiet beach in Kythnos that was never crowded and was particularly peaceful in the morning and the evening. It’s the ideal place to stay if you want to relax and maximise your swimming time as you have access to the beach within just a few steps as well as your own private pool. It was always easy to find parking next to the house. As mentioned by previous guests there are a few things missing from the house (there are no kitchen knives for cooking, only butter and steak knives. There is also no vacuum and no rags to help keep the house clean) in spite of these details we still had the best time and are already thinking of coming back.

Πραγματικά μια πανέμορφη βίλα στην Αγία Ειρήνη. Μακριά από την οχλαγωγία με την ιδιωτικότητα που θέλαμε και χρειαζόμασταν. Η πρόσβαση ήταν εύκολη καθώς είχαμε κλείσει μεταφορά από το λιμάνι. Ο κύριος Δημητρης ήταν ένας πολύ ευγενικός άνθρωπος που φρόντισε να μην μας λείψει τίποτα. Καθώς δν είχαμε πολύ χρόνο στην διάθεση μας, μας έδωσε σαφής οδηγίες για να τον αξιοποιήσουμε. Το σπίτι ειναι ακριβώς ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες για να μην πω πως ίσως από κοντά είναι καλύτερο(κάτι που λέω πρώτη φορα). Ευρύχωρο και υπερπολυτελές με ότι θα μπορούσα να χρειαστώ. Πολύ σημαντικό το ότι είχε νετφλιξ γιατί με ενοχλεί κάθε φορά που πάω διακοπές να πρέπει να βάζω τον δικό μου κωδικό και εν τέλη να γυρνάω Αθήνα και να με πετάει η εφαρμογή γτ ειναι συνδεδεμένοι οι επόμενοι πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου😂. Θα ξεχωρίσω τα άνετα κρεβάτια και την υπεροχη βεράντα με την μοναδική θέα. Συνοψίζοντας, ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και το καταλυμα όπως και ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάνω από τις προσδοκίες μας.

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

We had a wonderful stay ! Beautiful place and great pool. Supermarket and beach in walking distance. We were with 4 people and had everything we needed.

Très bon séjour dans ce très beau lieu, calme, paisible, sur la plage de Liparo, très peu fréquentée. Maison convenablement équipée, agréable à vivre, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Petit bémol : la piste un peu difficile pour y accéder (SUV conseillé). Hôte agréable et discret. Bref, un séjour mémorable, à recommander !

Superbe petite maison au calme et dans un environnement paisible. Si vous voulez profiter du beau temps, du calme, du soleil, de la mer, du silence, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Plage à 2min à pieds avec une belle vie marine (on vous encourage à faire du snorkeling : poissons, poulpes, murènes, tortues de mer si vous avez de la chance). Voiture indispensable : les commerces sont à 15min de route.

Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια, διπλα στη θαλασσα. Το καταλυμα και οι παροχες ειναι ακριβως οπως περιγραφονται. Πολυ ευγενικοι, επικοινωνιακοι και εξυπηρετικοι ιδιοκτητες.

The house is so beautiful, in a peaceful setting with the best view! Very spacious, clean, and wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The beach below is walkable and excellent. Kythnos is not a very large island, so with a car/motorbike, this location is perfect to see everything around the island. Christos is an excellent and very responsive host, made us feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here, we absolutely loved it and would love to come again!

Vangelis was an excellent host house is beautiful locate in the center of the village. strategically located in kithnos island we loved it

L’appartamento, il contesto e il mare accessibile dalla casa ci hanno regalato una pace ed una bellezza che ha superato le aspettative. Tutto quello che poteva servirci era lì. La signora Zeta inoltre ci ha coccolato preparandoci spesso da mangiare piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo lasciato a malincuore l’appartamento dopo 10 giorni di pace, con la promessa di tornare.

Le petit port de Loutra où se situe le logement et charmant avec des tavernes et des boulangeries accueillantes. Le bain thermale gratuit en bordure de plage est superbe tout spécialement de nuit quand il fait moins chaud. La grande place utilisée pour garer les voitures n’est pas très esthétique mais pratique. Trois plages ombragées peuvent être atteintes à pieds. Le studio, situé légèrement en hauteur avec vue sur toits et la plage, permet de faire une tasse de café ou de thé mais n’a pas de quoi chauffer un plat. Charmant, j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

The house is very beautiful, brand new, with a wonderful view on the sea, equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. It is spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable. It is easy to reach, you need a car to move around but this is normal in a Greek island, the site is on an easy road, close to a supermarket and a restaurant with sunset view. Nefeli is very helpful and gives you all information you might need to find best restaurants, most scenic beaches, trails, interesting spots. I stayed there with friends and we had a great time in this beautiful house.
