Vacation rentals with a patio in Merano

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Gleich beim Check-in hatte der Gastgeber eine Aufmerksamkeit in der Unterkunft hinterlassen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hatte für uns viele hilfreiche Tipps und immer ein offenes Ohr. Außerdem hat er für uns die Besucherkarten organisiert, mit denen wir kostenlos den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nutzen konnten, was echt super war. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

A Sra Irene e o Sr Reinhard vieram nos receber pessoalmente, foram gentilissimos e nos deram dicas de Merano. O apartamento é impecável, tudo limpo e novo, como nas fotos. A localização é excelente, diretamente no centro, ótimo para conhecer a cidade caminhando. E a garagem é uma comodidade importante devido ao apartamento ser no centro histórico. Perfeito! O check-out foi feito, novamente, pessoalmente pelo casal. Eles fazem a diferença na hospedagem, sempre gentis e atenciosos. Obrigado! Esperamos voltar em breve.

Modern, spacious and pristine apartment in the heart of Meran. A highlight was the rooftop terrace. We especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was for cooking. The Algund parking lot is a 5 minute walk away with overnight parking for 2.50€ or a day ticket that must be prepaid at the machine for €18. Be sure to arrive in time for self-check in because the apartment is located in a shopping area that is locked at night and the key pick up box is behind a locked gate (during our stay that was after 20:00). What was a bit tricky upon arrival is that there are two entrances from the street but Google Maps only clearly showed one of them which was already closed when we got there. Watch the YouTube video carefully - this guides you to the alternative entrance on Via Portici. We had a wonderful stay overall and highly recommend!😊

E' stata una bellissima sorpresa, un appartamento molto moderno con tutti i confort, abbiamo dormito in quattro usufruendo anche del divano letto (molto comodo). Riscaldamento a pavimento con un sistema di aerazione modernissimo, il salone ha una vetrata con vista monti stupenda ed una smart tv enorme, il bagno possiede una doccia walk in fantastica, la cucina è stata impeccabile con tutti gli strumenti necessari, inoltre Alois si è dimostrato un host davvero disponibile e tempestivo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wir waren für eine Woche bei Philipp in der Unterkunft. Das Appartement war sauber und der Umgang sehr freundlich. Es gibt auch die Option, ein Frühstück im Hotel dazu zu buchen. Wir haben das Angebot gerne angenommen und es ist empfehlenswert. In der Nähe sind gute Restaurants zu finden und auch für Wanderungen ist die Unterkunft gut gelegen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne stylische und gemütliche Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, tolle Gegend, viele Wandermöglichkeiten, Stadt und Natur beides gleich um die Ecke. Die Ruhe, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt und in die Weinberge sieht ist sehr erdend, genau der richtige Platz um Energie zu tanken!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

El alojamiento es mucho mejor de lo que parece en las fotos. Angelika es muy amable, el apartamento es muy amplio y está muy limpio. Tiene todos los utensilios para poder pasar varios días. La terraza tiene unas vistas preciosas y se encuentra muy cerca de Ortisei. Lo recomendamos.

Wir haben zu viert eine schöne Ferienwoche in diesem tollen neu hergerichteten sehr stilvollen Haus verbracht. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele die z. T. direkt vom Haus aus erwandern werden können. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert erreichbar. Sie hat uns mit Tipps zum Ort und besonderen Möglichkeiten versorgt. Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Throughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!! Beautiful and very clean home, recently renovated with modern design and quality finishings. Felt like a hotel. Breathtaking views - if you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the place. The whole family was very responsive, clear and helpful if ever we needed anything ahead of and during our stay. 10/10 recommend, no bad comments or feedback. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La posizione era ideale e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, permettendo di utilizzare in pieno la Trentino card! L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. La cucina ben attrezzata. L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile. Alessandra e Michele sono ottimi host, molto disponibili fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per esplorare la zona, oltre ad accoglierci con un ottimo strudel appena fatto, un cesto di frutta, una bottiglia e altre prelibatezze! Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia esplorare il Trentino e cercare un alloggio confortevole e accogliente, anche per gli amici a quattro zampa che sono pienamente accolti e coccolati! Stefanos Wohnung ist kreativ und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die rustikale Lounge mit großzügigem Blick auf die Berge ist etwas ganz besonderes. Auch die meditative Ecke mit Yogamatte, Couch und Kissen lädt zum Verweilen ein! Klasse! Zum Einkaufen fährt man nach Ponte Arche, dort gibt es alles was man braucht. Pizza Tipp: Pizzaria Erica bei San Lorenzo mit phänomenalem Blick über das Land!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Die Wohnung von Giuliana und Davide ist ganz bezaubernd. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Terrasse und der Balkon laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen

L'alloggio é in una posizione strategica e ha risposto in pieno alle nostre aspettative. I proprietari sono molto gentili e hanno dotato la casa di tutto il necessario e a volte anche del superfluo! consigliatissimo!!

Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft für eine Woche mit unserem Hund. Es war perfekt! Wir wollen unbedingt irgendwann nochmal in dieser Unterkunft Urlaub machen :) Die Unterkunft war wunderschön & perfekt für uns. Die Küche bietet viele Möglichkeiten selbst zu kochen. Auch der Garten ist sehr gut ausgestattet, verschiedene Sitz/Liegemöglichkeiten vorhanden und privat (Zaun etc) Die Familie welche vor Ort für uns Ansprechpartner waren, haben unser Urlaubserlebnis abgerundet. Sie waren jederzeit super hilfreich & zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Die Familie hat eine eigene Hündin. Diese ist sehr lieb & hat sich sehr gut mit unserem Hund verstanden :)

Dobrý den, Thomas a jeho maminka nás vřele přivítali. Ubytování je moc hezké, čisté a útulné. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Odjížděli jsme až odpoledne po lyžování a nebyl problém si v ubytování nechat naši cestovní ledničku s jídlem na cestu. Ještě jednou děkujeme za skvělý pobyt. Petr + Jitka + Hynek Malíčkovi.

Absolut klasse. Alles da was man benötigt, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Sauna in TOP Zustand. Whirlpool. Alles sehr gepflegt und teilweise neu. Netter Kontakt. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Danke.

La casa è posta al piano terra, sotto l’appartamento di Vittoria e Diego. L’appartamento è spazioso e ben arredato e corrisponde alle foto. Vittoria e Diego sono molto disponibili e gentili. Hanno fatto prendere ai bambini le uova delle galline e ci hanno spiegato tante cose sulla vita delle galline. Il giardino era molto carino e ben curato. Super consigliato!

Bellissima esperienza. Siamo stati accolti dai gentilissimi Walli e Martin che ci hanno fatto trovare l’appartamento accogliente e caldo. Pulitissimo, cura dei dettagli, spazioso oltre le aspettative. Il centro di Merano si raggiunge a piedi in un’atmosfera fiabesca. Non potevamo sperare di più. Consigliatissimo.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einfach ideal – eine ruhige, charmante Wohngegend mit alten Villen, und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Meran entfernt, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u. Restaurants gibt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hell und sonnig im 1. Stock. Der Wintergarten und der Balkon bieten zusätzlichen Komfort und einen tollen Ausblick. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gut ausgestattete Küche, die es uns ermöglicht hat, gemeinsam mit anderen zu kochen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht – von Kochgeräten über Töpfe bis hin zum Backofen – um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zwei Bäder bieten ausreichend Platz und Komfort für eine größere Gruppe. Ein weiteres Plus ist das abgeschlossene Grundstück mit Parkmöglichkeiten, die Einfahrt ist sehr schmal aber machbar. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage, nur ein kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Ideal auch mit Kleinkind. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, mit schneller Antwortzeit. Zwei Parkplätze direkt vor Ort und bequemer Zugang per Code – ganz ohne Schlüssel. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden (nicht auf den Fotos gezeigten) schmalen Balkons, auf denen wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Sehr empfehlenswert!
