Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Merano

The four of us spent a nice holiday week in this great newly renovated very stylish house. There are many excursion destinations that can be hiked directly from the house. The hostess was very friendly and easy to reach. She provided us with tips on the place and special opportunities. Thank you - we will be happy to come back.

Very friendly welcome and briefing by Monica. The beautiful apartment was bigger and more airy than expected. In addition, there are beautiful opportunities to use the garden or the lawn in front of the house.

Throughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!! Beautiful and very clean home, recently renovated with modern design and quality finishings. Felt like a hotel. Breathtaking views - if you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the place. The whole family was very responsive, clear and helpful if ever we needed anything ahead of and during our stay. 10/10 recommend, no bad comments or feedback. You will certainly enjoy your time here:)

Great service and a great place to hke around Merano

The owners were extremely friendly and easy to reach. They went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable. The place was very clean. Also a very good starting point for road bike tours. We would definitely visit again!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Giuliana and Davide's apartment is absolutely charming. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace and balcony invite you to linger. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

A nice large, centrally located apartment! Super suitable for vacation with children! Very clean and a very friendly hostess who can be contacted at any time. The South Tyrol guest card, which is included in the price, is worth mentioning. This allows you to use public transport for free and, for example, take the bus to the starting point of a hike and take the bus back at the end from another location!

Perfect starting point to visit Merano and its old town. And at the same time a nice quiet location.

The place was unbelievable, it was like a magic, great location and wonderful view, it mixed the urban area and the countryside. Ilina was a responsive and respectful person, thanks Ilina and absolutely will back again.

Very beautiful place. Albano and his wife greeted us when we arrived and both were very lovely and sweet. It felt very homely. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The surroundings are calm and soothing. Definitely recommended!

super great apartment! very modern and new. The bathroom windows get a minus point:) Without towel construction, the neighbors would be there to shower. Please have a pleated attached in a timely manner. The same applies to the windows in the living room. In summer, the person will be awake in the living room from 4:30 am.

We spent 10 days in Merano and are very happy that we found Elisabeth's beautiful apartment. The location is about 20 minutes' walk from the vibrant city of Merano - a very nice location, which is located in a quiet street - surrounded by a beautiful landscape and mountains... just GREAT! The modern furnished apartment is in the basement, which remains pleasantly cool even on hot days. A cozy terrace is also provided. We would say - the equipment is already quite complete - we certainly didn't miss anything. But now to the most important point... Elisabeth is a lovely, friendly hostess who is super dedicated, caring and always helpful. After a question, the answer came promptly shortly afterwards. We were more than satisfied and would be happy to come back. South Tyrol and especially Merano are a perfect location. Thank you for everything. Kind regards, Michael and Andrea

Ornella was a wonderful host. Her apartment is in a stunning place. The view through the windows are absolutely beautiful🥰 Ornella every day helped us with advices about the places we could visit and also she left us a present when we arrived. Very lovely host❤️

Absolutely great. Everything you need, furnished with love. Sauna in excellent condition. Hot tub. Everything is very well maintained and partly new. Nice contact. One of the best accommodations we've ever had. Thank you.

Daniel was a fantastic host, very responsive and the place was easy to check in and out of. The place also came with wine that we were able to enjoy on the balcony at no extra cost! Very friendly neighbours and dogs! We stayed for a week and had a great time.

Very nice apartment in a fantastic location in the middle of Merano. The apartment was really sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable there. When you step out of the front door, you are right in the old town and can walk to everything. Due to the location in the courtyard, it is still very quiet. The free parking space was also a big benefit, as parking in Merano is quite difficult and expensive. Suggestions for improvement: Proper blackout curtains would be great, it was quite bright in the morning. There is also only one air conditioner in the living room. That is, if you want to have the bedrooms cool, you have to leave the doors open. The larger bedroom also only has windows to the staircase/courtyard, so not to the outside. For us, that was not a problem, if you use the apartment with several people it may be a little unfortunate.

As seen in the photos, but the quality details are not well appreciated! It's even better! And Juan is an attentive and very kind host. Would definitely recommend
