Vacation rentals with beach access in Menteşe

It was a place we preferred as a family, we were very satisfied in every sense, it was a quiet place, it was clean, the host was very friendly

There were a few shortages of supplies, but we scored it very hard due to the very kind hosting of our host's mother. (We also stayed for only 2 nights, and if we noticed the shortcomings early and said, we are sure that it will recover as quickly as possible. So we didn't think about the negative review.) We especially preferred it for its location. (It is both within walking distance to the center and away from the chaos of the center.) It was definitely in line with our predictions. Thank you so much to the family, especially for their hospitality...

Although my wife, son and I made a last-minute reservation for a spontaneous overnight stay, we encountered an extremely clean and tidy apartment. The apartment owner was very caring and helpful. She sent us all the information to easily find the place. Thank you.

Cagri is a friendly host. The place is i the middle of everything hence Akyaka is small enough to walk you through everywhere u might need. Beautiful balcony to enjoy the clear stars. Fine and comfortable stay. Thank u mate 🤙🏻

Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

the house was very beautiful, surrounded by flowers, orange and lemon trees, the size and view of the balcony was perfect, we almost never entered the house. The inside of the house was clean and tidy. It was very good to be within walking distance to the beach, bazaar, and markets. The host was very kind and helpful, he helped us a lot in everything, if I come to Mugla again, I would definitely prefer the same house, we had a very nice time with two families.

We left Gökova Şemkin Apart, where we stayed for 5 days, very satisfied. The house was very clean. It is a quiet and peaceful place in terms of location, it is very convenient to reach the surrounding places by car, and it was very easy to reach places such as grocery stores, markets, and bakeries within walking distance. Everything that could be needed in the house was available. With a lot of greenery, the house itself, its silence and peacefulness, and at the same time, we loved staying and left happily with Mr. Mert's hospitality. Thank you for everything, hope to come back again:)

I spend 2 nights in Akyaka at Tubas appartment. And I think the most special about the appartment is Tuba herself. She is such a nice and smart person and a really helpful host with good recommendations for food and drinks. She also helped me to plan my trip from the Airport Dalaman (Shuttle busses+ Taxi, quite easy and cheap) and made me feel like home from first moment - and also safe as I was traveling alone. The appartment itself is clean and welcoming, with a really comfortable bed. Its in a good and quite location about 15min walking distance to the beach and with restaurants and supermarkets around. The included kitchen has all basics, but I would not recommend it as an appartement for a longer vacation in which you want to spend lot of time in the appartement and prepare most meals by yourself. I would definitely recommend it for shorter stays as it is a really cosy place with a super host and therefore a good experience. Thanks a lot :) Appartement clean and welcoming, comfo

It was a really great experience! The view from the house was incredibly beautiful, we couldn't get our eyes on it. Being right in the middle of nature was very peaceful. The house is small, but very sweet and thoughtful. Walking from the trail to the bay was a pleasure, perfect for those who want to stay alone with nature. We loved it so much, we would come again!

Mr. Gift, a very kind and thoughtful host, everything was thoughtfully thought out and prepared in the house. It was also very kind of him to return and call to receive our comments. It was a nice house that we wanted to go to again and again.

It's a peaceful place near Akmak river. Boat river trips, Feed ducks and have nice coffee tea beside River. Good for couples and small families. Also buy fresh fish to cook. Great area to relax.

The accommodation is close to the beach. The area of use is a very large olive garden. It is nice to have two different accommodation places. There are enough equipment in the kitchen. The view is perfect, and it is very good to spend time on the terrace. Mr. Gökhan is very flexible at the relevant hours.
