Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

Evin tasarımı ve her detayındaki özen gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Tablolar, dekorasyon ve tam donanımlı mutfak, konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama için her şeyin düşünülmüştü. Bahçesi ise ayrı bir keyif sundu; sabahları kuş sesleri eşliğinde kahvaltı yapmak, akşamları ise aynı huzur içinde yemeğinizi yemek için ideal bir ortam vardı. Sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu yapısıyla rahatlamak isteyenler için oldukça uygun. Ayrıca Ali Bey’in sıcak karşılaması, samimi ve ilgili yaklaşımı konaklamayı çok daha özel hale getirdi. Her sorumuza içtenlikle yanıt verdi, ihtiyaçlarımızla yakından ilgilendi. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Konumu da oldukça avantajlı. Bodrum'un en güzel bölgelerinden biri olan Ortakent'te, merkezi bir noktada bulunuyor. Mandalina bahçeleri arasında kısa bir araç yolculuğu ile Ortakent sahiline kolaylıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ortakent’in denizi de Bodrum’da denize girilebilecek en keyifli, en temiz ve güzel denizlerden biri. Kesinlikle öneririm.

Esra is a wonderful host. Very polite in communication and always helps with problems, if any. For example, he helped us find a hospital where we can get vaccinated and then make an appointment there. The house is fully consistent with the description, live comfortably. The location is excellent, very nice and the sea is 100 meters from the house. The Internet in the house is also good, enough for remote work as a programmer. The only problem was that 2 times the electricity was completely cut off in the city for several hours during the day. But this was due to the construction work that was carried out precisely during our stay. Usually this doesn't happen here.

The outdoor area features a tranquil pool illuminated by soft lighting at night, showcasing a dolphin mosaic on the bottom. Adjacent to the pool, a spacious patio space is visible, equipped with dining tables and ambient lighting, providing a serene setting for evening gatherings.
