Vacation rentals with a patio in Mendrisio District

Tolle Wohnung an sehr schöner Lage. Absolut tolle Vermieterin. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Our stay was very nice, we loved the location and the peaceful atmosphere. It was perfect for a few days it was small but had everything we needed. The bathroom had some mold but it wasn’t too bad. We would definitely recommend staying there, thank you for hosting us. Best wishes Maren and Nono

Gut eingerichtete Küche, angenehme Betten, viel Platz im Wohnraum und Garage zur Verfügung. Achtung, ein Van findet darin vielleicht keinen Platz (Höhe der Garageneinfahrt sehr knapp) - aber es hat auch Platz vor der Garage. Schmaler Seezugang direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite ist ideal zum schwimmen und Kajak einwassern. Ruhiges, verträumtes Dörfchen, nur der nächtliche "Musik"-Lärm des auf der anderen Seeseite liegenden Hotels ist völlig unpassend - ebenso die sonntäglichen Gartenarbeiten des Nachbarn (am ersten Sonntag Hecke nachmittags geschnitten, am zweiten Sonntag war Benzin-Rasentrimmer-Einsatz - unsere Reklamation fand wenig Verständnis - ihre Nachbarn - gemeint war das Ferienhaus - hätten am Sonntag auch die Küche umgebaut ... was ist das für eine Logik?). Sonst erlebten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Und vielleicht finden sich ja Nachbar und Vermieter zur Freude der Feriengäste auch noch und verlegen ihre Arbeiten auf einen Arbeitstag? ;-) damit wäre allen gedient.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberinnen, freundliche persönliche Begrüßung - super sauberes Appartement, sehr geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Die Küche mit allen nötigen Kochutensilien sehr gut ausgestattet. Genialer Ausblick ins Tal und auf die Gebirgskette. Abgeschieden und ruhig gelegen. Kleinod für Naturfreunde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Extremely clean and comfortable apartment in a beautiful location! Having use of the hotel pool was wonderful after a long day of site seeing. The restaurants on property were convenient too! It is a 20 minutes stroll into Morcote with a variety of restaurants. The only thing lacking was walkable proximity to a COOP for groceries. If you arrive by train and bus, I would recommend picking up essentials on your way to the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Ein Haus für Naturliebhaber. Mitten im Wald mit grossem privaten Garten. Man hat ums Haus viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Es ist einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die einzelnen Stockwerke sind jeweils über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ruheoase sehr genossen.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Sessa – ein wunderschöner Ort mit lokalem Dorfleben und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region Lugano - Lago Maggiore. Jonas' Haus ist sehr charmant, hat eine authentische Atmosphäre, alles war wie online beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Geräten und Grundzutaten ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt für Familien sehr angenehm macht. Die Kommunikation mit Jonas war sehr entspannt, er war immer zugänglich und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir gut ins Haus eingeführt werden. Wir würden Jonas' Haus gerne wieder besuchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen.

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

We have spent about a week in Casa Edera. We were a group with different ages. But everyone was comfortable in this house. The garden is very well kept and having meals in there or in the Rustico can be a very pleasent experience. This place is well equipped for any circumstance. Also in a rainy day, it is pleasent to be inside or have a nice walk in the rain in that quiet area. Priska's suggestions for trips are very helpful. You can easily spend a week by doing different things every day. The area is very quiet. The road beside the house is narrow, but it is not so difficult to get out of the parking lot. Casa Edera can be a very nice place for a family vacation and have very nice memories from it.

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und ruhig. Man hat alles in der Wohnung was man benötigt und sogar noch zusätzliche spiele für schöne Spieleabende. Josiane und Tiziano waren auch immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Der einzige Punkt zum bemängeln wäre die hinfahrt zum Haus, weil dieses hoch in den Bergen ist. Jedoch ist es dafür sehr ruhig da oben und man gewöhnt sich an diese Fahrt mit dem Auto.

Sitio es maravilloso, increíble, la piscina, el acceso al lago, el transporte público al pie, todo de 10, lo único malo fue que había una cucaracha, pero lo dejo pasar porque más era lo bueno que este pequeño detalle.

You have to stay here! What a beautiful place. The attention to detail, the gifts of food and drinks, the herb garden, the fully stocked kitchen. Peaceful spot overlooking the park. The parking stall underground. I could not have been happier, being a 5 star super host myself I have high expectations and Cécile surpassed all of them. Any request we had she was on it. There were even free passes to tourist attractions. I can’t wait to come back and would not hesitate to recommend this place 1000 times over. Just wow! Don’t hesitate.

The place is fantastic and the garden view is beautiful, it might be a hustle to get there without a car, and you have to bear with the early morning gardening noise in the season.
