Condo vacation rentals in Mendrisio District

L’appartamento era pulitissimo e corrispondeva perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione, era inoltre provvisto di mini bagnoschiuma e sapone, la tv aveva netflix incluso. L’host è stato molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di fare il check-in oltre le dieci di sera in seguito ad una situazione spiacevole in una struttura nei dintorni. La comunicazione è stata velocissima e l’host ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli in una stanzetta sicura fin quando dovevamo partire.

We were very happy with the apartment, everything was like seen on the pictures and described. The apartment was modern and clean und easy to find. Massimiliano answers all questions very quickly and is helpful with everything that you need.

I stayed for a month and it was a lovely apartment, very cozy🙏❤️ About a 10 minute walk to the train and super convenient to get to Lake Como. The town is quiet there’s not a lot going on, but it’s cute and a good base for checking other places out. There’s a grocery store right around the corner w/ cafe.

très joli village perché en flan de coteau. habitants très chaleureux. bons restaurants dans les alentours nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux . et nous reviendrons volontier chez Claudio.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Andrin. Mehr als diese Aussicht vom Balkon braucht man eigentlich nicht, aber auch der Rest der Wohnung ist schön und gut eingerichtet. Bis bald hoffentlich!

Romina's place was just like the pictures - very conveniently located next to the swimming pool and lake. The place was big and bright with tons of closet storage. I personally loved her knifes for cooking as the were actually sharp and great for cutting tomatoes (something rare in Airbnbs). There was also lots of linen and it all smelt fresh and newly washed. The apartment is an easy drive to lots of sites and if you have water equipment (paddle board, etc) the lake is easy access and there is a lot of communal storage.

Ho pernottato nell’alloggio di Susanne con la mia compagna e due amici. Gli spazi ampi dell’appartamento e lo splendido balcone con vista ci hanno permesso di vivere un’esperienza molto piacevole. L’alloggio di Susanne è un superattico con accesso diretto dall’ascensore che sale dal garage con due posti auto. Molto comodo! Inoltre abbiamo goduto della magnifica vasca idromassaggio. Personalmente ho apprezzato particolarmente la grande cucina e il panorama che si gode anche dall’interno dell’appartamento. Susanne è un’host attenta e puntuale. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia. Grazie Susanne e a presto!

The residence is located a mere 6 minutes on foot from the nearest bus station, accessible via a cute forest path. However, I would advise taking a taxi or car upon your initial arrival, as the route inclines slightly and you may feel fatigued from your journey. If you arrive in the evening, it is advisable to complete your shopping in advance, as stores tend to close earlier than in urban areas. Should you find yourself in need of any items, do not hesitate to consult your hosts. I really enjoyed the house and the hosts, and I look forward to coming back!

One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. I really recommend Davide’s place and we will be glad to come back 😀 Thank so much. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time visiting Switzerland from the US, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lena‘s Lakefront condo. She was wonderful at creating an at-home atmosphere and making sure we have everything we needed to cook, wash laundry, and navigate through Lugano. It was very convenient walk outside of our door each morning to grab a coffee or quick breakfast at the local hotel. In the evenings we would cook a homemade dinner and enjoy the view from the balcony. A short walk to the lake was a great time to spend a hot evening. What a magical place! Lena is a great host who thought diligently about anything you could need to make a comfortable stay. We hope to return soon!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und ruhig. Man hat alles in der Wohnung was man benötigt und sogar noch zusätzliche spiele für schöne Spieleabende. Josiane und Tiziano waren auch immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Der einzige Punkt zum bemängeln wäre die hinfahrt zum Haus, weil dieses hoch in den Bergen ist. Jedoch ist es dafür sehr ruhig da oben und man gewöhnt sich an diese Fahrt mit dem Auto.

The location of the apartment was great—it was quiet yet very walkable from central Lugano. We stayed here as a family of four, including our 18- and 14-year-old boys. There was comfortable parking in the basement of the building. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped. Thank you, Gentiana, for your recommendations. We had a short stay of one day and night in Lugano as part of a week-long family holiday in Switzerland, which was sufficient.

I stayed here for 3 nights in early June with my two teenage kids and we enjoyed it very much! The lake views were beautiful, and so was the location. We loved being in a small town (with a number of good restaurants) but still close to Lugano, which is also accessible by ferry at a nearby stop. The place was exactly as described and was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Host was responsive and helpful. It's about 25m to get to lake level, where we went swimming a number of times. There's no beach or designated entry point (that I could see anyway) but you can hop in off the edge where the boats are tied up. My kids loved it! We didn't have any issue finding parking at the lot at the top of the village (although the spots were quite tight). It's around a 5-minute walk to the apartment which is well worth it to be so close to the lake! Recommended!

Very clean uncluttered apartment handy for train station and only 10 minutes walk or funicular from town centre and promenade. Excellent view from balcony. Good friendly communication with Gea.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

Sitio es maravilloso, increíble, la piscina, el acceso al lago, el transporte público al pie, todo de 10, lo único malo fue que había una cucaracha, pero lo dejo pasar porque más era lo bueno que este pequeño detalle.

Sehr ruhige Lage und schöne Umgebung. Die Beleuchtung in der Garage könnte etwas heller sein. Ansonsten alles sehr gut. Kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

The place is fantastic and the garden view is beautiful, it might be a hustle to get there without a car, and you have to bear with the early morning gardening noise in the season. The host is kind and welcoming, the place was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything as described. We will definitely come back. Thank you Mariam 😊 All the best!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Unterkunft! Schöne Aussicht auf dem Balkon, perfekt um mit dem Sonnenuntergang zu Abend zu essen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb des Geschehens und man läuft ein kleines Stück zu den zwei möglichen Bushaltestellen, dafür hat man seine Ruhe und eine idyllische Nachbarschaft. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)
