Firefly Cottage

Relax in this calm Nordic-style space. Rocking chairs on the porch overlook a pond, meadow, and spectacular seasonal fireflies. 140 woodland acres to explore with old (rough) logging trails with views, sheep and chickens you can feed. High ceilings, scenic window, woodstove, indoor waterless toilet, outdoor coldwater sink and outdoor private hot shower (when above freezing); available sauna at main house. 35-45 min to main ski areas. Most pets ok! Owner's home conveniently close but out of view.

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Either way you’ll find tons of great outdoor activities & hiking, and lots of local shops and restaurants.

Vermont Horse Farm

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the patio overlooking the horse pastures or an evening by a fire under the gazebo with a fire pit on this idyllic Vermont horse farm with glorious views. Close to many activities, such as hiking, skiing and swimming. Scenic retreat on a family owned and working farm. Here we have horses, donkey, chickens, goats, and of course our dogs and cats. There is a short hiking trail with beautiful views and a picnic table by the stream.

Bright, secluded, second floor one room suite with private bathroom overlooking Mill River and across a covered bridge. No neighbors visible, but near town. Fly fish in the back yard, sit around the firepit, enjoy fall foliage, and hike and ski. Swinging bridge and Appalachia long trail very nearby. Close to three ski resorts: Killington, Okemo, and Pico. Dogs are welcome and loved, with plenty of room to run. Comfortable queen-sized bed and couch.
