The history of the house began in 1912, when it was built by the Nicodemus family. In the 1930s, there was a barn and a stable, adding another living room to the house from the lounge for horses. In the 1970s, the last major construction was made when the kitchen and bathroom were built. Current owners renovated the entire building in 2013. Na zahradě je připraveno ohniště, v letních měsících bazén a v případě špatného počasí, můžete využít venkovního zastřešeného sezení s krbovými kamny. Cyklisté si kola mohou uložit v uzamčené místnosti (s možností dobytí).
