It was such a special place. Both the home of Fanny and Mustapha, as well as Tinghir were such a magical surprise for us. Mustapha made us feel very welcomed, he prepared a delicious dinner and it was really a pleasure to get to know him. The view from the room is fantastic and the roof terrace is just another cherry on top. We would definitely recommend also taking time to have a walk around the palmeria which is just underneath the house. We really hope to come again soon and would recommend checking the arrival instructions - as it is in a small village and not immediate to find. The description that we received from Fanny was very helpful, and we managed to find it well.

The place is a dream: quiet, private and a great view! Dinner and breakfast are also very delicious! We highly recommend it!

Mohammad is a wonderful host and his place is very cozy and comfortable with an excellent view of the dunes from the terrace. We arrived in the dark and he met us outside and directed us on where to park to make sure we had no trouble finding it. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the culture and even arranged a jeep tour for us the next morning, making everything very easy and pleasant. This is the place to stay!

Excellent Riad, off the beaten path from the busy tourist areas, but in fact totally authentic in the heart of the largest medina in the world. Excellent welcome and special attention to customers. Property that I would recommend.

Beautiful Riad with lots of character 2 steps from the parking lot and the main street of the medina. A refreshment would make it magnificent, especially the terrace! The team is adorable. Youness came to greet us in the parking lot. We'll be happy to go back!

Very good welcome and quality accommodation, beautiful character house with all the comforts required. Very friendly meeting with Lahcen and Rachid, authentic and quality cuisine. The proximity to the gardens of the Valley of the Roses is nice for a walk in the area. We would be happy to come back on a tour with Lahcen who is an official guide.

Our big family had an unforgettable stay at the Bed and Breakfast in Khamlia. Renting the entire place for two nights gave us the perfect mix of privacy and authentic charm. The serene location, surrounded by sand dunes, made it feel like a hidden oasis. We highly recommend this place for families looking to experience tranquility and local hospitality in the heart of the desert!

The staff were smiling and kind, and tried their best to make us happy.They prepared a lot of my favorite bread for breakfast, and they also gave me advice about the bus the next day. Fez was crowded with people and felt like a maze, but I was very relieved when I returned to Riyadh.It's all thanks to the staff. The room was also a private space, like a palace. Thanks for the lovely stay.

It has been a pleasure staying at Sabah, it is situated in the center of the medina with a magnificent swimming pool in a typical architectural contest. The room was very clean and the personal warm and welcoming.

The stay was very nice. The room was clean and the beds cozy. Abdeslam was very friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable😊. The desert tour was totally great. There was nothing missing. We saw ostriches in the wild, camels and gazelles. In the desert we slept under the open sky and ate very delicious tajine and sand bread at the campfire. Fresh tea was also always available :) it was not touristy and a very exceptional tour. An incredible experience, 100% recommended! Absolutely beautiful place, clean, large rooms for familles and friends and very comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and nice. They are always there when you need them. Lovely common area inside the house with a large gardin, incredibly peaceful, cosy, and invites you to relax. We also had a wonderful dinner and breakfast. My only regret is that we spent just one night!

A dream location. And besides, Rachid is a very good cook. He gives good tips. We were with Maxi in the green gardens and hiked to the gorge. This hike was a highlight of our trip. In addition, we explored a real Berber village without a road, but with clay bricks. It is located on the other side of the river, where you can also swim.

We consulted about getting into the desert tent before booking and the host was quick to respond with detailed instructions that we booked his home very quickly.The desert tents are clean and spacious, breakfast dinners are all good, and the bonfire is cheerful in the evening.They are well serviced and in good communication.We felt very good for one night stay, it was great! Worth recommending

A beautiful spot with a lovely Rooftop terrace. serves great food. Beds were fine. bathroom was fine. a little dark and cold in our room, but I imagine when it's not the heart of winter, it would be a welcome cool retreat. it's a hostel like atmosphere with kind travelers open to connect with. super friendly staff. In particular one worker there named Amin was soo welcoming and friendly, he felt like family to us. makes it worth a visit just to meet him. would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Very very nice riad with a beautiful roof terrace where you get served a really great breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it is located in the Medina, it was pleasantly quiet. Communication was easy and fast. It was very clean. In all areas, this place was great and I would recommend this place to anyone. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you for everything!

Adam and his family were as kind, attentive and hospitable as always. This time I stayed in the lovely Sahara Room, on the first floor overlooking the beautiful central courtyard where the copious breakfasts (included ) are served. Bright and airy, comfortable bed and impeccably clean. The Riad is a peaceful haven, conveniently located in a quiet area close to the Blue Gate AND also near a secure private car park. Breakfast included. Perfection!
