Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Meidling

We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. The private garage was a big plus as well * Host: kind, helpful, quick to respond to messages * Overall: the best place I have stayed in Vienna so far. Highly recommended to all!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Het verblijf was zoals verwacht. Iets verder van het centrum, maar daardoor heerlijk rustig en fijne omgeving en fijne woning met twee kleine kinderen. Alexander en zijn vrouw waren ontzettend vriendelijk en super attent. Absoluut een topappartament en topverblijf voor Wenen!

The place was perfect for my wife and I along with our son and even our dog! While we live in Vienna, it provided a well-needed getaway with a pool and amazing backyard with amazing space. One of my favorite places!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Ein wunderbarer Ort für - vor allem für Kurzentschlossene: Super schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt, eine Stunde nach der Buchung konnte ich einchecken, es wurde alles persönlich erklärt - ich hab noch 2 Decken bekommen 😊 - Die Sauna war an dem kalten Abend das Highlight. Und obwohl ich für das Frühstück eigentlich zu spät war, bekam ich noch einen Espresso. Absolut empfehlenswert und SEHR GERNE WIEDER! Danke!

Nadine war sehr flexibel. Wir konnten schon vor dem angegebenen Termin in die Unterkunft einziehen. Nadine und Jürgen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer es ruhiger mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Very suggested place to stay for an holiday in Vienna. Clean, comfortable and close to Meidling station or other means of transport

From the first moment we felt at home due to the very friendly and efficient way in which Katinka, the host, welcomed us. She helped carrying suit cases and gave lots of practical information about public transport, shops in the vicinity, all kind of details about the peculiar Vienna parking system, etc. She was always reachable via cell phone and was at our disposal whenever we needed her. She was genuinely interested in our experiences of the past day. The fact that Katinka also speaks fluently English was helpful. She is a perfect host. Also the cosy apartment made us feel at home with 4 separate spacious rooms in typical East European City style: spacious hall, large living/bedroom , kitchen and bathroom, lots of windows with traditional double glass windows. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the beautiful traditional apartment building, with its typical stairway hall. This made us forget that there was no elevator to the second floor where we lived. A place to return.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine schöne Lage. Perfekt um an die beliebtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Auch war die Unterkunft gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für den Preis aufjedenfall sehr gut.

Andreas ist ein freundlicher und hervorragender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Sie war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, bzw. beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist nahe den Weinbergen gelegen. Es gibt einige Heurigen die man zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Von einer nahegelegenen Bushaltestelle hat man eine gute Anbindung nach Wien in die City. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und haben einige schöne Tag verbracht. Würden für einen weiteren Aufenthalt sofort wieder bei Andreas buchen.

We have just finished a three month stay in this beautiful apartment and we loved it. The apartment is very quiet and the high ceilings make it feel very roomy. It is across the road from the U station and there is a Billa and a pub on the same street very close. It was a great base for our Europe stay as it was very easy to get everywhere. Robert was very accommodating and the communication was always very good. The kitchen is small, but we got used to it and I will miss how easy it was to keep clean. The bathroom is great and the separate toilet was nice. The bed is comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. The only thing is the view is of the courtyard, which is really just rubbish bins, but that made it very quiet and private so it suited us fine. The neighbors are lovely, the area is lovely and the people are beautiful. Schönbrunn Gardens is only a 10 minute walk. This apartment was perfect and we are looking forward to going back next year.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super, total sauber und schön eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich, sie haben immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel auch einwandfrei, top Lage, man ist wirklich schnell und problemlos in der Innenstadt. Gerne wieder.

Eric is, as other reviews say, the perfect host. He received us personally and provided local recommendations. The place is very cozy and close to public transportation. The neighborhood is can also be explored on foot. One cannot go wrong with Eric's place.

Great place to stay if you’re wanting to visit Schönbrunn, close to the U4 and several bus routes, as well as supermarkets. Quiet area, beautiful apartment, we loved our stay!

Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, wie gut Christine erreichbar war und wie zügig all unsere Themen beantwortet wurden. Der Self-Check-In war gut beschrieben, sodass das kein Problem war. Bezüglich der Lage hatten wir etwas Baulärm aus den umgebenden Häusern, aber das lässt sich natürlich auch vom Vermieter nicht verhindern. Die Lage ist ansonsten außerhalb, jedoch sehr gut an sowohl S-Bahn als auch Bus angebunden und daher prima für Städtetripps. Wir würden es gerne weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Elisabeth. Gerade im Sommer ist diese Gegend Wiens mit Nähe zu diversesten Bademöglichkeiten sehr zu empfehlen!! In der Unterkunft war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Garten und die Hollywoodschaukel sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Super logement, calme, dans un environnement sympa, proche du métro U4 et des supermarchés. Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Olga est une super hôte, toujours réactive, arrangeante et à l'écoute. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Tout était parfait !
