Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Catherine’s place is just too good. If you are in Oia, Santorini, this has to be your stay. It’s a 3-4 min walk from the post office which is actually the drop off point. The part was that there was a person who was already present there to pick our luggage as it can get really difficult to carry heavy luggage down to your stay. Catherine lived up to her promise of providing the best place to stay. She also suggested us what all to do and was very proactive. We wanted to have a private boat sunset tour which Catherine arranged for us without any hassle. She for sure believes in quality work and delivers what she promises. Looking forward to visiting again! 😀

The sweeping views of the bay and surrounding hills were breathtaking—especially from the spacious terrace, where we spent peaceful mornings soaking in the sun. The house itself is wonderfully appointed, with large, comfortable bedrooms and spotless, modern bathrooms. Everything was sparkling clean and thoughtfully maintained. Silvia and Francesco were truly delightful hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They even helped us arrange a fantastic last-minute tour of Amalfi and Positano, which became one of the highlights of our trip. This place felt like a hidden gem, and I’m already dreaming about my return. Highly recommended!
