Enjoy a stay in a 1928 Sears and Roebuck home on a working ranch! Hunters have enjoyed this ranch since there's plenty of room for gear, and a place to clean game. Families love the space and the animals! We are located approximately 30 miles from the J. Clark Salyer Refuge, a bird lovers paradise; and approximately 60 miles from the International Peace Garden. A great space for family gatherings! If you need more space book the basement also, it is listed as the "LayZtee Addition".

The main level includes back porch for equipment of any kind, kitchen with nook, dining, sun room and many sitting spaces. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a spacious full bathroom. The garage has a space available for parking and pet boarding.

Perfect home for large groups

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 100+ year old home has unique beauty with so much character. It is snuggled quietly in the center of our inviting little town and is in a perfect neighborhood. Located just an hour from many attractions such as the International Peace Gardens near the Canadian border, a Scandinavian Park and many more activities in Minot, and a wonderful Museum just 20 minutes East in Rugby.

Great place to stay for hunters. Spacious yard and lots of parking. Relaxing farmyard, newly remodeled basement with old style charm. The main floor of home is also an Airbnb rental. If you need more space book the main floor also, it is listed as "Shorty's".Private entrance, kitchenette, egress windows.
