We are 2 miles/4 minutes from the McKinney Roughs Nature Park trailhead (hiking/biking/horse trails along the river), & 5 minutes from the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort using the back entrance. Our 20+ acres is a quiet wooded park near the end of a dead end road with walking & biking trails on site. This is ELEGANT CAMPING & the 3 tidy outhouses & 2 hot water showers are outdoors!

A peaceful place to come and relax. There is a private balcony off the back where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the horses and listen to the birds, it's like being in a treehouse! The sunsets are amazing here! **During summer it's too hot to sleep in loft, so we limit guests to a total of 2 people in downstairs bedroom.** 1930s farm house on 18 acres. Mix of modern & antique; wood floors, cream plaster walls, comfortable period furnishings. Kitchen has marble counters, gas stove, undercounter fridge, dishwasher. Stylish bathroom with walk-in shower. Wi-fi, via StarLink, works well. Back porch rocking chairs, overlooking horse pastures. Let us know if you're bringing your dogs please!

The house is clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a queen bed to sleep in, a nice TV to watch with directv, and there is also internet service. A great place to unwind or venture out.
