Casa do background and front a bungalow ( living room , bathroom and a bedroom ). And a bedroom with a suite, overlooking the cable car hill.

The apartment contains 3 bedrooms, ALL WITH AIR-CONDITIONING, 2 of them en-suite, a balcony on the first floor, a dining room, a kitchen, a charcoal barbecue, a spacious room on the second floor, as well as a large terrace with hammocks and a stunning view of the sunset and the mountains in the background. A few meters from the beach and very safe, extremely clean and well-kept accommodation. Newly renovated!
