Vacation rentals with beach access in Matinhos

We can only praise our stay in Caiobá in this apartment, which in addition to being extremely organized and clean, everything is very new and tasteful. We greatly appreciate the affection in welcoming us in a unique and cozy way. As soon as possible, we hope to return and we will always try to give priority to this wonderful apartment!

For the purpose of only being close to the beach for a few days, the apartment is optimal. The amenities with "Alexia commands" are great. Keep in mind whether it works in other languages. The bathroom door is stuck, the possibility to offer bed linen and bath towels would be interesting, but in total there are 5 stars to be given. The way to the beach is perfect.

It was one of the most pleasant stays that my husband and I had at a time on the beach. The place is amazing, for those who like tranquility and enjoy a rest time. Very helpful Camila and interested in helping us, Babi is kind and solicitous, like the Guto caretaker of the building. We were very well received by Sônia who showed us the place and gave information about the accommodation. The apartment is very complete and the sea view is wonderful. I consider that you should invest in better quality sheets and need to change the blackouts of the windows that are parched and spoiled. In the rest, it was excellent our lodging. A place far from the triatlhon proof of sesc Caioba, I had not attacked that.

The stay was wonderful, mainly due to the privileged location, as it is only two blocks from the sea, has a bakery across the street, a church on the other side, a super nice corner bar, it also has a very traditional street bar, top meatballs and great prices, besides the nearby market, a fruit shop that you can walk to, a gas station, I really didn't want to leave. The convenience of check-in and Checkout is also a differential, a point of attention not to forget to take the basics, as well as: toilet paper, towels, bed linens, as described in the listing. The apartment has the necessary utensils for cooking.

Marcelo was receptive, attentive, and helpful from the start. Organized house, impeccable in cleanliness, with suitable general items and as described in the property listing. It was a pleasant stay for my boyfriend and me. My boyfriend and I are spacious with luggage, so despite mentioning that it can accommodate up to 4 people, because we were full of luggage the place for two was great. For those who are not from the region, Marcelo knows how to guide and give a lot of information, it is a strategic area to stay, as it is in the middle of the coast, in addition to being in the area of the Caravelas resort, a quiet, family place, but with medium and strong waves. In addition, thanks for the place and stay, if our next tour is in the region, we will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable and everything was very well organized. I found everything I needed to feel at home. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and was perfect for resting, the host Flávia was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help. We greatly enjoyed the stay in the house, since before booking the communication with Juliana was easy and agile! We had some problems during the stay, in relation to the power outage, but nothing to hinder the holiday. And as soon as we communicated to her, the resolution was immediate! Apartment served us perfectly! Well cozy, clean, had everything we needed, size of the barbecue served us well and 2 high image quality TVs. None of those 20" tube TVs. Excellent Internet. Well decorated. I recommend it!

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore, haha. We will definitely come back more often.
