My friends and I had such a wonderful time at The Shack for my birthday! The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable and we loved being able to cookout on the grill. We spent a lot of our time out by the bonfire and in the hot tub and also ventured out to enjoy the sunset at Muse vineyards. We would definitely book again here!!

My wife and I had an amazing weekend here, it was incredibly peaceful and calm and exactly the kind of weekend escape we were looking for. The interior feels very roomy, and the kitchen has everything you’d need and more. Outside of the home is great, plenty of space for the dogs to explore and a large patio area with multiple long dog run leashes. We appreciated the recommendations for hikes and food nearby, they were spot on. All the information provided by Jane from start to finish was very helpful and accurate and made our stay very easy. We very much enjoyed every aspect of staying here, and within just a couple hours, we’d both decided that we wanted to come back and visit again in the fall or winter. Thanks Jane!

We had a lovely stay at the cabin. It’s very peaceful and great for a romantic getaway. Morry was also a very responsive host. We had one issue with the building, which he promptly responded to.

Peaceful and secluded stay. We enjoyed the porch, hot tub and the open floor plan. Very clean and accommodated our dogs perfectly.

From the moment I set foot on the property my heart skipped a beat. Everything about our stay was a perfect. The cabin was clean and cozy. All the practical things comfortable bed, cold ac, hot shower, well stocked kitchen, comfy couch, big windows for taking in the peaceful surroundings and watching the bison. Getting into town was an easy 15min drive if you wish. But I never wanted to leave. I could not have wished for a better view of the bison. I watched them come out into the pasture every morning, sun bathe, munch on grass, roll in the dirt, and retire up the hill each evening. This was the most amazingly relaxing couple of days and more than I could have dreamed. I cannot wait to return.
