It was a pleasure staying at the barn, the photos really don’t do it justice! Very spacious and have everything you needed, really enjoyed using the fire in the colder weather. Lovely scenic place with lovely views and friendly visits from Moss the dog. Would recommend for some respite from the city!

Cynthia greeted us warmly showed us around our unit. It was exactly as described and photos. Super comfy and cosy, and a beautiful breakfast with homemade feijoa compote. Thankyou. We got there quite late after arriving from a delayed flight and just needed a good sleep and a comfy bed, which is just what we got. The room was very dark, excellent temperature and comfort. A shame we didn't get to explore too much much of town as it was ANZAC day and most things were closed. Thanks Cynthia!

Our stay at the cabin with our Labrador was absolutely perfect. The cabin itself was so comfortable with everything you need including a great shower and very comfy bed, set in the most gorgeous valley with views of the hills and forest. The outside deck space was fantastic, and use of the BBQ to cook while the sun sets was great. The river is absolutely stunning and our dog loved having a paddle. It’s the perfect spot to explore walks in the park and the cute town of Thames. I would thoroughly recommend. Katrina and her family were so friendly and helpful as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely and clean, warm and bright, spacious and very comfortable bedding . Plenty of seating provided including a nice sunny spot outside with outdoor table and chairs, which we did not realise from pictures on listing. Highly recommended staying here, easy walk to beach , nice quiet neighbourhood.
