Near the city of Fajardo where you can do fluorescent bay kayaking, take a trip to Palomino, Vieques & Culebra Island, eat at Las Croabas & play golf. To the west you're 10 minutes to El Yunque entrance, 45 minutes to the City of San Juan Area.

In this apartment you will find comfort, relaxation and a great view, all while feeling the ocean breeze. You will fall asleep listening to the waves come and go. Great location, 45 minutes to the International Airport (SJU) and Old San Juan, 15 minutes to El Yunque, 15 minutes to the ferry of Culebra and Vieques, 5 minutes to Los Kioskos de Luquillo( very popular local food place) and steps to the beach.

My place is close to The beach, el Yunque rainforest, the Luquillo kioskos, the bioluminiscent bay in Fajardo, great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

This property is located in the middle of a very beach style town with a great beach across the street. Surfing area is also found a bit down in La Pared sector. The property is located about ten minutes from the rainforest and 45 minutes from the airport. Well maintained property with an outstanding sea view.

Spent a week at Melissa’s place. Description clearly matched condo. Condo was in a wonderful location many places within walking distance although we had a rental car to take advantage of exploring all Puerto Rico had to offer. The AC worked extremely well and she supplied all the necessities to enjoy the beach as well as cook at the condo. Felt safe in the area. Thank you again for opening your home to my family.

Really beautiful spot right on the ocean! Another gorgeous beach just down the road too. Perfect spot for a couple or small group looking for a beautiful vacation at the beach. Super close to the national rainforest too, which had some gorgeous views of the island as well as some great hiking. Definitely recommend!

My Wife And I were Extremely pleased with our stay . The Room is right By the pool and 5 Minutes to Beach, Extra Benefits were both Beach Chairs and ice chest which were provided . Only Gripe was Power Outage, which was Island wide And not the host Fault. Would definitely stay again

We made the perfect choice. The stay matched the ad and was everything we were looking for. The location and access instructions were clear & concise and everyone from the parking attendants to security was pleasant, helpful and spoke English. I highly recommend.

Piso 10 Penthouse with Jacuzzi & Ocean View

The penthouse was excellent stay for our toddler and 2 adults. JC left us a little basket of beach toys for our little one - very thoughtful. Place was sparkly clean and the laundry was the perfect amenity. Thoughtfully decorated and perfectly stocked- anything we could think of needing, it was available. We haven’t travelled east of Carolina so staying in Luquillo was the best central location to visit Fajardo Luquillo and Ceiba, and SJ was a short drive away in case we wanted to revisit. Great food stops are a short drive away- most are on JCs guidebook (Latin Gyros and Coffee Therapy are the up there in the best breakfast we had in PR, also check out the Chinese spot, if you never had Puerto Rican Chinese food, you’re missing out). Neighborhood is a mix of tourists and locals, very quiet and small town vibe, close enough to the beach but far enough not to be bothered at night. It’s located in a smaller apartment complex and very safe and secure. Highly recommend Piso 10
