It’s perfect for peace and quiet. It’s small so would be great for a couple. It was clean and she was quick to respond messages.

Great place to stay with clear instructions, plenty to do around the area with plenty of peace as well. Room was nice and had everything we needed!

Nirian was a great host. Space very clean and she responded very quickly with questions. The only issue I had was with Lily at the check in desk. Nirian instructions were PERFECT and easy to follow. Lily at the desk however explained that she was not supposed to let us upstairs to get the key from the lock box. She explained we should have it “before” we entered the building. She stated several times how she was letting us in, but it was “against the rules” When my boyfriend went back down to get bags he has trouble getting the door open. He asked her to open the door and she said “nope I already told you I can’t” luckily he figured out which key worked. Rest of staff in building were friendly. Location great, close to beach and her place was VERY CLEAN. Did not cook but kitchen had everything needed if we had decided to. The balcony was the best part. Overlooked the ocean and could hear the ocean and waves at night. Close to the kiosks. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible ocean views, exactly like in the photos for the listing. It's what really drew me to this property in the first place. It was fully stocked with everything we needed - beach towels, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, etc. I've stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this is the first time I've had in-suite laundry, which really came in use for washing towels as we were at the beach and pool every day, all day. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, and there was plenty of lounge furniture at the pool. The host, Winsmar was super responsive to any questions, and they offered great recommendations for places to go.

Best Airbnb experience yet! From start to finish, this stay was nothing short of amazing. The rooftop was absolutely stunning. The perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind under the stars at night. The space was spotless, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. The host's hospitality truly stood out. They provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions that made check-in and the entire stay seamless. Every detail was clearly communicated, which made us feel welcome and completely at ease. This was hands-down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far. I can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars all around! I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip.

Great place. Liked that it had a washer and dryer. Beds were really comfortable and the whole place had A/C which was a plus since it got humid. The beach is right across the street. Can see and hear it from the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandra and John’s place, it had an excellent view of the beach. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed to make a few meal and even the added little extras in the bathrooms were really nice! We used the pool one day and visited the beach right behind the building, both were very convenient and easy to get to. We were able to walk to the little restaurant area and visited a few of the local establishments, highly recommended not only this area of Puerto Rico but also this Airbnb! We are already planning our next trip and this Airbnb is at the top of our list!

Lovely spot with rainforest views from the bedroom and beach views from the balcony. The apartment was very well stocked, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms kept us very comfortable for sleeping. We are looking forward to returning!

We stayed at Eric and Marilyn’s place in Luquillo from May 21–29 and had an amazing experience. The home was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed—and more! The kitchen was fully equipped, the beach gear (towels, chairs, cooler, toys) was a huge plus, and the A/C in the bedrooms made it super comfortable after long, hot days. We felt safe in the gated community and loved the walkable location and pool access. Eric and Marilyn were very communicative and kind. Highly recommend—we’d definitely stay again!

Thank you Larry for an awesome stay for our first time visiting Puerto Rico- it won’t be the last! Our stay was peaceful, magical, and we are really going to miss your chickens and the local kitties greeting us. The house was well stocked and walkable to many cute restaurants and the beach. My daughters didn’t want to leave! We would love to stay here again. Larry was an awesome host and just a super nice guy

Really beautiful spot right on the ocean! Another gorgeous beach just down the road too. Perfect spot for a couple or small group looking for a beautiful vacation at the beach. Super close to the national rainforest too, which had some gorgeous views of the island as well as some great hiking. Definitely recommend!

The Airbnb looks just like the photos. Lynaitza and Jesus were amazing hosts. I would definitely return if I stay in Luquillo again.

This home had so many things to offer us throughout our stay- from the basic necessities within the home to the sports and recreation equipment, including beach chairs and coolers. I’m grateful for all that was provided—without the beach chairs and coolers, we wouldn’t have had such great beach experiences. While the entire home isn’t air conditioned, the main living space has huge windows that allow the fresh breezes to blow throughout the home. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit and this, along with very comfy beds, allowed for very restful sleep after a long day of exploring. Tomas, the host, was very responsive when we had questions or concerns regarding the unit or the area.

This BNB went above expectations, all the extra accommodations from in person walkthrough check in, to extra amenities in the home (beach accessories, first aid kit, sunscreen, aloe, detergent, kids toys, pool access, etc.) all was appreciated and needed for a relaxing getaway. The check in process was very thorough, and made us not only feel at home but gave us the ability to function as locals at the beach and know our way around the neighborhood. Security was friendly, and attentive. House was very clean, as well as linens, beach towels, bathrooms, toiletries, etc. would definitely stay again! Walking distance from grocery, bakery, drinks, fresh food, and the kiosks. Super quiet and comfy neighborhood, Great family vacation! You can tell the property management is top level, thank you again will definitely be back again soon!

This is the best spot on the island and Bertha is the best host. We always feel so welcome and the location could not be better: literally on the water, you can walk miles of beach from the house (at low tide). You can walk to the kioskos, and you are close to El Yunque and OSJ. All your cares melt away when you are laying on the hammock listening to the waves.

I typically go for hotels when vacationing due to bad experiences previously with Air Bnbs however decided this trip I really wanted to do more local businesses. I am so happy we did! Now don’t let the outside of the entire condo building deceive you because the attention to detail in the Airbnb is unmatched! You literally are right at home with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. And even when I noticed we didn’t have a blanket in our room, I messaged Fernando and he responded promptly and sent it right over! The location and view of the beach is utter perfection! Also my parents who were born in PR and hadn’t been back in 20 years or so just couldn’t get enough of the breeze that came through from the balcony! Definitely no need for AC other than the bedrooms which the bedrooms do have AC. We were so sad to leave because it truly felt like we were at home! Definitely recommend this to anyone and we will be back!

Wonderful stay with an amazing view! we were able to walk 15 minutes one way to some resteraunts and 15 minutes the other to Luquillo beach that is gorgeous. had everything that we needed and more. Cant wait to return!

Joanne was a phenomenal host. She was attentive and responded right away. The place is called happy place and the name fit it perfectly. This Airbnb was one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed at. It was extremely comfortable, close enough to shopping when needed, and the view from the balcony what’s one of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend this property. It was peaceful and relaxing.

Had a great stay here and would love to come back someday. Beautiful rooftop view. We also really enjoyed the lush tropical forest from the terrace. Super easy access to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Mary was responsive and a joy to work with. Only suggestions would be a few additions to the kitchen: larger coffee maker, a whisk, and cocktail shaker 🙂

My husband and adult sons and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect and the patio with bbq grill that backed up to the forest was absolutely lovely. All of the needed beach gear was included including water shoes which was awesome because we forgot one pair and so everyone was able to walk in the water comfortably. The beach is spectacular and only steps away and even though we were there for the island wide power outage we felt safe and had plenty to do. Would definitely stay here again

This Airbnb is deceiving from the outside. After going through a car gate and two rusty door gates you start thinking uh oh.. then you open both locks to the Airbnb door and you are welcomed with beautiful tile, a clean and modernize unit. We had a great stay! It is so close to the kiosks and Luquillo beach and a short drive away from Fajardo for snorkeling and khaki tours & Ceiba for ferries. Couple of breakfast places near by with great coffee, breakfast and pastries!!
