We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The garden, terrace, pool and the sea just behind it are fantastic. It feels like home.

The stay was perfect! The apartment has everything you need, and more Excellent host! Far from the beach, but 1 block from a bus stop with several destinations. 2 supermarkets across the street. The place was very nice and above average well-equipped. In addition, it has a very quiet location right on the sea and you can easily reach everything by car from there. Alejandra was a great host who was always available for us and had a good tip in stock. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation!

The lady at the reception greeted us in a very friendly way and was always available for any inquiries and information. In the morning there were rolls. The facility is well maintained by nice people. We enjoyed the 2 days very much!

Honestly can't say enough about Carlos's place. The location is perfect, relatively tranquil for a hot-spot and walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Carlos was a gent start to finish and made the whole thing very easy too. We will look to go back.

My first ever solo trip and I chose Juani's apartment as it's safe, perfect location, everything you need, amazing host, and you can't beat the ocean view. I would live here if I could!

Francesca was a wonderful host! Always attentive and very willing to explain everything and help us with whatever we needed. The house is even prettier than the pictures and it was impeccable in terms of cleanliness. We appreciate the amount of details designed to make the holidays perfect: it has all the necessary amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner... and also leaves useful products such as soap, coffee or towels for the pool. Guillermo is really friendly and welcoming. He was there to meet and greet me, show me around, as well as hand me the keys. He offers some great tips and recommendations he is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a great little place with everything you need. It was clean, tidy and had a modern feel, with thoughtful touches and decor that made it feel homely. The location is ideal – just a minute’s walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk, which is lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s also only about 10 minutes walk to Catalina Park, where you can catch the Hop On Hop Off buses or the main bus routes to explore the island for just a few euros, as well as the Fred Olsen ferry coaches. It’s a lively area with plenty to see and do. However, when inside the property it's very quiet. Guillermo was also kind enough to allow a later check-out as I had a ferry to catch, which was really appreciated. I had a great stay and would happily recommend it

We loved staying here. Our friends were just across the path from us in the same Bungalows so worked well for us both. Host was very quick at responding. A small suggestion , the toaster only toasted one side so our beans on toast for breakfast took ages 😂 however we did not mention this to Adama as it was it wasn’t anything that affected our holiday. A short walk to Yumbo, but be prepared for the hill up to it. We enjoyed the walk but it may be worth getting a taxi for just a few euros. Would stay again 👍🏻

Very beautiful place with a great view! nice little neighbourhood and Jorge was a great host. Very friendly and always helpful. Definitely recommend this area and Jorge's place for a trip to Gran Canaria

I stayed 5 days at "Caracas del sol" and all I can say is: Absolutely stunning! The place is spacious, quiet, tastefully decorated, everything has been thought for the guests to have the best stay they could expect. I stayed in many Airbnb before, this is definitely the most amazing one. I highly recommend this place, It is really worth every cent you play. I will definitely stay there again.

Brilliant apartment. Spotlessly clean & everything you need for a week away. Perfect for two couples. The terrace was fantastic, we spent most of our time up there. The communal pool was spotless and really quiet, the only time we saw people there was on the weekend. We really appreciated Martiza’s quick & clear communication, answering any questions we had promptly. Lovely location - really quiet and had everything you needed in walking distance. I recommend El Mocan by Relax which is a 2 minute walk away and did one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Thanks again for a fabulous stay!!

We had an amazing week in San Agustin and absolutely loved this house! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, and the outdoor patio and garden was perfect for hanging out and catching sun at any time of day. We really appreciated the gym and used it every day! There is plenty to do and everything is a short walk away - don’t let the hill scare you on your return walk, it’s not as tough as it looks! We had family of all ages (age 4-70+) and the house was comfortable and safe for everyone. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful apartment! The only issue we had was regarding the parking. We thought parking in the complex would be available, but we had to find public parking, which was a little annoying. Just keep that in mind when you book. Other than that, everything was excellent; she even has beach umbrellas.

Lovely place, well equipped and comfortable in a relaxed and safe feeling family area. It’s a little quiet so better to have a car to get about although the buses are good I understand and you can walk (along a main road) about 10 minutes to supermarkets and a few restaurants in a nice setting nearby. Parking a little tricky but we always found something a few minutes walk away, even over busy weekends. There is everything you need in the apartment and the view with the palm trees, sea and pool is lovely. The pool is very clean and nice. An easy place to relax and base from. The tide on the beach was quite high we were told this is why there wasn’t much sand and more rocks whilst we were there, but it didn’t matter as we went out and had the nice pool also. Antonella was good communicating with us and when we were delayed on arrival getting our car at the airport she made arrangements for our check in with a neighbour.

We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable right away. Communication with the hosts worked out great. The kitchen is superbly equipped and not worn out. You can also walk to the sea (roughly 20 min), but a car makes things a lot easier and is recommended anyway, as the island is incredibly versatile. The view is magnificent due to the higher location! The pool was, like everything else, very clean and well maintained. We can fully recommend the apartment.

Silvia is a charming host, I stayed with a friend for 10 days in this apartment, it has a 2nd bedroom at the top of the gallery. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom, small balcony, everything tip top as in the photos in a great complex with pool by the sea. Highly recommended for 2-4 people. Heinz Gasser from Switzerland

A gorgeous flat on the beach, with everything you need including a wide view ope. of the sun rise over the sea, and a homely feel. Highly recommend tho do note second bedroom is bunk beds....all beds were extremely comfy in all rooms. If you like a relatively quiet, authentic Canarian area. This is perfect x
