The place is great. The family that lives in the property is very quiet and you don't notice their presence. They are always attentive to any questions and help if needed (shoutout to Rosa and Mario). The place is clean and quite safe. The parking is somewhat limited: there is only space for one vehicle.

location is beautiful, peaceful and a friendly keeper and Giancarlo was on top off our needs he even got us a blender to make our smoothies in the morning. THANK YOU!

Alvaro was an amazing host. He far exceeded our expectations and was so nice and accommodating. Words cannot describe his home, you will be blown away the beautiful pictures do not do this place justice. Booked Harold's home to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The home was wonderful and as described. Harold was very attentive and responsive. My family had a wonderful time and totally recommend it to others.

The home of as beautiful, everything was exactly as described. The groundskeeper was very kind and she was always ensuring we were ok and checking in to see if we needed anything. Honestly, I will book again!

Gabriela es muy responsable, siempre responde los mensajes inmediatamente. La casa es muy linda y acogedora. Lo único que cambiaría es el consumo de luz, creo que eso debería de estar incluido en el precio! Las tortugas sin duda son un toque demasiado especial.

El lugar la Fortaleza es mágico, es ideal para vacacionar con tranquilidad , seguridad, privacidad y sobre todo amplio, con todo lo necesario y más...para pasar una excelente estadía. don John una persona muy amable, atento y entrega una descripción exacta de lo que el hospedaje ofrece. y aún más la hospitalidad y atención que brindan Fiama, Wilmer y Maribelli son una parte muy importante para que la estadía sea especial. un gran agradecimiento de mi parte y de mi grupo de amigos que disfrutamos de un lugar hermoso en Pochomil. Accommodations were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The housekeepers (Carlos and Juana) are always available if you need anything. We ran out of water, and Carlos went to the store and got us more in only a few minutes. Juana is a very good cook as well, and Carlos will pick up the ingredients if you want a particular dish. Ronaldo is always available and responds quickly. Ronaldo put us in contact with a driver who picked us up from the airport etc. I would not drive unless you’re a real adventure seeker. Use a driver for sure. Roberto was an excellent driver, and I always felt safe, but be prepared to speak Spanish here or use Google translate. The view of the beach is a million dollars. Simply incredible. The house and surroundings are super chill. We always felt safe too. I walked to town on several occasions, and I never felt threatened or uneasy. I even had people ask me if I needed help. Nicas are a very kind people. Overall, don’t hesitate to book here.

Fabulous stay at John Paul’s property. The beach house is a piece of paradise open directly on the Pochomil beach, perfect for chill, sea activities and admiring one of the most beautiful sunsets. John Paul was very easy to communicate with and answered all our needs. Totally recommandable. (Beware on the rocks in the beach, they can be very sharp! My friend got injured :’( but could have a very good rest and recovery at the Beach House)

loved the place! it's small but it has everything you need. it has a rustic look but it has modern resources. The pool is big and great, the only thing is that if you're a swimmer be careful with the level change. also the floor is a bit rough. they do have dogs but just like any dog they're playful and need affection so please don't complain. overall I highly recommend this place. it's perfect to relax and get to know the place. the beach is awesome. Also, Karla is the nicest person in the world.

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla bien, es ámplia, ideal para grupos grandes, el área de piscina es lo mejor de la casa. Alfonso fue muy accesible y permisivo. Definitivamente volveremos!

We enjoy the openness of the space the beautiful ocean views, the ample balcony, excellent air flow, good size bedroom & its unobtrusive gorgeous views. Peaceful day and night. There was bottle water for drinking. I like the shaded trees. Stay 3 nights and wished to extend it. For beach bathing we found a perfect spot on the left side 50 feet away. I will return !!!!

John was very responsive and has great recommendations. Yerling and his family were great, friendly and attentive to my needs. My 2 pets (a cat and a little dog) were just as welcomed as I was. Also, amazing sunset views from the property. I would definitively stay there again 😀!
