La villa proposée par Chahrazed était magnifique, identique aux photos, dans un quartier paisible. La piscine était propre et magnifique. Le jardin était beau et accueillant. L’endroit était parfait pour notre barbecue autour de la piscine. La communication avec Chahrazed était facile elle répond très vite et bien serviable. Elle nous a amené le un barbecue grand et tout neuf pour nos grillades car celui sur place était un peu petit La maison est accueillante et très pratique et peut contenir facilement les dix personnes indiqués Je recommande la maison de Chahrazed et je retournerai bien chaque fois que je veux faire une rencontre familiale élargie Merci beaucoup

Séjour au top ! L’emplacement est assez central, il y a tout à proximité. Nesrine et son amie ont été super accueillantes et disponibles, communication parfaite. Je recommande !

Un vrai bol d’air et de tranquillité, parfait pour retrouver la paix intérieure. En plus, un accueil des plus chaleureux. Un immense merci à Leila et Tata Rawdha pour leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité.

Sunny villa, beach front, authentic Tunisian architecture and decoration, super clean, each room is a charm! A true immersion into the Tunisian culture. We enjoyed the pool as much as we enjoyed the beach. The view was… breathtaking! Calm neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. We will come back this summer for sure. Thanks to the host, she was super helpful, flexible and proactive!

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

Incroyable!!!! Je n’ai pas les mots ! J’ai fais au moins 20 pays plusieurs hôtels de toutes gammes également des Airbnb et je peux vous assurer que vous ne trouverez jamais mieux ! Fidèle aux photos ! Appart clean ! Paisible ! Tout le nécessaire , jusqu’aux détails ! Mais le plus incroyable c’était les propriétaires et sa famille ! Famille gentille accueillante agréable généreuse ! D’une douceur ! Merci je vous oublierez jamais et je reviendrai autant que possible ! La piscine est top le jardin tout était reposant merci bcp je vous envoie tout mes respects et amour

Neila a toujours été présente tout en étant très discrète.Le studio est très joli avec une belle deco et Neila avait mis du café des oeufs,du paim Yaourts ect....ce qui est très agréable quand on arrive La piscine est vraiment un endroit calme et paisible. Merci Neila pour ce petit séjour et merci pour avoir organisé a titre amical mon transfère sur Tunis par votre ami Khaled. Neila est très réactive elle répond instantanément aux message.

très bon séjour chez Touraya et son mari qui sont très gentils et très accueillant ! l'appartement est vaste et bien équipé la piscine et superbe, il est possible de garer une voiture dans la propriété ce qui est sécurisant, rez de jardin plus frais quand il fait chaud

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Nice old style house. The closed private garden really gives it something special. Good climate control. 3 aircos. Only downside are the light switches. They dont always work properly and need replacement/upgrading

Très jolie maison avec un beau jardin fleuri Qq petits ajustements mais le propriétaire a été réactif et a pu nous venir en aide Le Monoprix est à 3 minutes à pied et la place de Gammarth a 5/10 minutes Nous avons passé un très beau séjour

I had a great stay! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and inviting. Dodi was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed — and the amenities provided made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

As a digital nomad, I’ve been using Airbnb and similar situations for the last 2+ years and can confidently say this is the most beautiful and unique place I’ve stayed. It is the kind of place where you get inspired. It is part museum and part fruit of love of the owners meticulous restoration efforts of this historic house. But don’t be scared. It has all the modern amenities and they work perfectly well. Amel had warned me about the wifi coverage being it the medina but the wifi worked pretty great in one part of the house which was good enough for me and I managed to work remotely without a hitch. I can’t wait to return and bring friends next time!

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours chez Ahmed. Personne très convivial qui a pris le temps de nous présenter l'appartement, comment il fonctionne et nous même faite quelques suggestions de restaurants du quartier. Tout était propre et nous avions même quelques pâtisseries à notre disposition à notre arrivée. La terrasse est parfaite pour relaxer en toute intimité. L'emplacement est sécuritaire dans une petite rue adjacente, parfait, tout près de plusieurs café, boulangerie, restaurants de rue et petite épicerie. La plage est effectivement près du logement dans le magnifique quartier de La Marsa. À notre départ, nous avions oublié un sac de souliers dans le logement alors que nous étions déjà dans une autre ville à 1h plus loin. Nous avons contacté immédiatement Ahmed pour lui signaler notre oublie, il nous a instantanément répondu et rassuré que sa mère l'avais trouvé et qu'elle allait le garder en sécurité pour nous le temps qu'on revienne le chercher. Un grand merci à eux !

Super séjour chez Mariem! Le logement est fidèle à l’annonce, très propre et bien situé. Hôtes accueillants et réactifs. On recommande sans hésiter !

We had an amazing stay at this place, the host was super responsive and very helpful, which I think is really important when coming from abroad. Also the view from the terrace was outstanding. The area was really quiet and close to nice places (10mins drive it is easy to get a taxi there). The flat was spacious and we all had a lot of space and privacy which was great. Would go there again on my next trip to Tunis

Absolutely amazing stay! The beach was pristine and just steps away—literally one door down! The area is full of great spots to eat, relax, and enjoy the vibe. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made the experience special were the hosts—they went above and beyond, even bringing me food! Incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout. A solid 10/10—highly recommended!

heel fijn verblijf gehad in de prachtige airbnb in La Marsa. Heel ruim, en vlakbij het strand. Onze 5-jarige dochter vond de schildpadden subliem. Moncef ging above and beyond om ons een fijn verblijf te geven. ik had op voorhand gevraagd of hij enkele strandspeeltjes kon klaarleggen en er lag een volledig setje klaar, zo fijn!!! Dankjewel 🙏🤗, wij komen zeker terug.

Excellent séjour, la maison correspond parfaitement aux photos. Elle est bien équipée, située idéalement et la vue du toit est superbe! De plus la communication avec Ziad fut un plaisir. Nous reviendrons!

This is the perfect place to enjoy the Sidi Bousaid views. Ines the host was very responsive and had the house ready and clean for our arrival. The rooftop was a great spot to enjoy the views and the sunset. It was also great to have breakfast there. Overall loved our stay.

Very cute little home in Siri Bou Said with two bedrooms, one is very large. Beautiful area and well located. Live like a local, you are getting the real experience. It’s a young people’s and relatively wealthier area for the city. Quiet compared to the city center. Easy transit to the center. Very responsive host.
