Appartement digne de ce nom, résidence, très bien entretenu, parking privé gardé l’appartement était tellement jolie propre, très fonctionnel avec des équipements haut-de-gamme ,l’hôte est très réactif, même à distance, idem pour son assistante je reviendrai et je recommande 100/10. On se sent chez nous directement

We loved this place! As a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, we really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need and feels like you are walking into an apartment straight out of an interior design magazine! The interior design and finishes are so beautiful! Breakfast - Chefs kiss 😘 can order the night before for anytime that suits you in the morning (at an extra cost, fully worth it)! Also had cleaning service which was unexpected but most welcome, refreshed all sheets and gave a good clean! The pool was brilliant, quiet and clean , kids loved the morning swim! It felt as though you had all the amenities of living in a hotel but this was all yours and you had all the privacy to yourself! Rym was a super host and was really caring and constantly checked up on us. Really supportive and this place is a must if you want a quite and peaceful stay away from the hussle and bussle of Marrakesh city.

We had a great stay at Mehdi’s apartment! It’s a beautiful place, very well-decorated, and in a fantastic location—within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The only small suggestion we have is that it would be nice to have a full-length mirror in the apartment. Other than that, everything was amazing. We would definitely recommend this place!

Heba has been a great host ! Very friendly and responsive ! The appartment is nice and cozy. The parking is a little tough to manoeuvre in, but aside from that, calm location, good value for price. Would recommend !

résidence très calme et sécurisée, l’appartement est bien placé, au milieu des 3 piscines. Très bonne boulangerie au sein de la résidence. Je vous conseille de louer une voiture car pas facile de réserver un taxi depuis le domaine Noria et surtout si vous aimez bouger. D’autant plus que le parking est très sécurisé pour les voitures. L’appartement est propre et dispose de plusieurs équipements pratiques comme la machine à laver.

Khadija est très réactive et est très amicale. Le logement était impeccable et très bien situé. La piscine était la bienvenue, tout est toujours très propre. L’appartement est très fonctionnel. L’emplacement permettait de se déplacer facilement de Marrakech et d’optimiser son séjour. Je recommande fortement !

J’ai passé un super séjour chez Luigi ! Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. Luigi a été vraiment réactif et disponible dès que j’avais une question, c’était très rassurant. Les instructions pour l’arrivée et le logement étaient claires et faciles à suivre, ce qui a rendu l’installation très simple. L’appartement était top : très propre, bien équipé et surtout super bien situé, ce qui m’a permis de tout faire facilement. Franchement, je n’ai rien à redire, c’était parfait. Merci encore à Luigi pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Il a contribué au bon déroulement de mes vacances. Je recommande à 100 % !

It’s a sanctuary in the best neighborhood in Marrackech. Facing the Yves saint laurent museum Wich is a very nice street good shops coffees spa … but also very easy to go to the Medina etc I could hear the birds from the balcony it was like a little dream and the place is really big …. The pictures doesn’t show how big it is…. It’s very modern open kitchen nice sofa to chill in the living room the beddings are very good quality. The host is very very helpful. I really recommend this place if you want to have a very comfy refuge to come back to after all your outdoors experiences 🙏🏽 Thank you Badr for making it happy for us ✨

Es hat alles gepasst, die Wohnung ist wirklich Top eingerichtet und sehr sauber genauso wie auf die Bilder, die Lage ist zentral viele Restaurants, Cafés und Kiosk sind direkt unten auf die Straße, man braucht keine Auto. Der Gastgeber Herr Talal ist sehr nett und freundlich und wenn irgendwas gefehlt hat, hat er sofort reagiert und besorgt. Wir werden nochmal hinfliegen und werden diese Unterkunft mieten. Wir empfehlen es zu 100% weiter.

Séjour parfait ! Le logement est impeccable : très propre, bien équipé, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois calme et proche de tout. L’hôte est gentil et très réactif. Rien à redire, je recommande vivement !

Séjour incroyable, le logement est trop bien placé, à proximité de tout, l’hôtel Geoffrey super réactif et les instructions pour l’entrée dans le airbnb sont très clair, au top, je recommande.

Hemos estado unos días en casa de Omar y todo muy bien, muy atento, responde súper rápido cuando le preguntábamos algo… Gracias por tu bonita casa. Es una Zona tranquila, pero necesitarás taxi para ir ala Medina.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement. L’appartement était propre, bien situé et fidèle aux photos. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés, mais rien qui ait vraiment gêné le séjour. Egle a été accueillante et réactive. Je recommande sans hésiter !

situation excellente dans un magnifique quartier , de très bons restaurants à 3 minutes à pieds la belle place de jema el fna à 15 minutes à pieds taxi au coin de la rue grandes chambres , grand salon tout le confort et résidence sécurisée

Tout est nickel 👌🏻 Séjour agréable et appartement parfait pour des moments de détente. L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à l’hôte qui était très serviable et toujours à l’écoute depuis notre arrivée jusqu’au départ. Tout était excellent comme décrit😍. Je reviendrai sans doute et je vous le recommande vivement !

Nada est une hôte exceptionnelle! Toujours disponible, très aimable. Le logement est super! Les chambres disposent de bons matelas tous sont des King size, les draps sont en coton et de bonne qualité, il faudrait cependant peut être rajouter des oreillers un peu plus gros 😊 sinon ceux à disposition sont corrects, l’appartement a vue sur la piscine ce qui était parfait pour surveiller les enfants. La résidence prestigia est une résidence sécurisé et bien située. (À 5min à peine de l’aéroport et à 10min du centre) je recommande vivement cet appartement décoré avec goût. Nous sommes ravit de notre séjour chez Nada, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Excellent place with a great swimming pool. Ask for the daily cleaning, it’s also great and adorable!
