Mise à disposition d'un jardinet avec terrasse extérieur entrée indépendante par le derrière de la maison. Parking situé a 10 m au dessus du jardinet.

Duplex 10 min from Nancy Gates and 10 min from Toul. Very quiet accommodation in the countryside. Very good place for salespeople , craftsmen on the go ... Fully equipped with a large living room, separate kitchen fully equipped and a bedroom upstairs with an office area to work with views of the fields. Large private driveway for parking for several vehicles, even a van. Accessible for 4 people: 1 bedroom bed 2 places 160 x 200 and sofa bed

Playhouse in the countryside

Pretty independent house in the heart of our garden for a quiet stay. Close to Nancy city center (15 min by car or train). For athletes and walkers, 2 minutes from the loops of the Moselle (85 km of bike paths), walks in the forest or around many small bodies of water. Small clarification, there is internet access in the accommodation but it is only accessible via an ethernet connection (cable provided).

Between Nancy, Pont à Mousson and Toul. Stop by for a moment to enjoy the loops of the Mosel and the medieval village of Liverdun. Here many hikes are offered by the place . 2 floors. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor. Kitchen and living room on the first floor. 2 rooms + bedroom on the second floor. Please note, fairly steep staircase that leads to the second floor. Balcony. Quiet. I live there half the time. So this is my usual accommodation. 2 restaurants in the middle of the forest. Hikes on site, and river. Climbing. multiple shops 2 km away
