Vacation rentals with beach access in Marmaris

Great place and hospitality

The place was very nice and tidy. The room is exactly like in the photos and very clean, the room's location is very convenient and easily accessible with the beach to be just 5 min away and many markets nearby. There are plates and kitchenware in the apartment and the balcony was big. Eyüp is very helpful and kind, he responded very fast to our messages everytime. The only downside of the location of the room is that there is a night club which plays music loudly till 2am but this will be a problem only if you go to sit at the balcony, inside the room you can barely listen to the music since the soundproof of the room is very good.

Although we stayed for a short time, we enjoyed it very much, thank you very much to our hosts

Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

I wasn’t my self this time I visited but Ali and his family was very understanding and made me feel right at home , apartments are clean family is nice and lots to do nearby

A clean house, white sheets and towels, a sufficient and clean kitchen. Excellent location, a house that can comfortably accommodate two people, as in the pictures, a polite and kind host. I will choose it again with peace of mind the next time I come. 😇

Mr. Necati and his wife were really nice. They helped with everything, no matter the time, thank you so much. The pool is really good in the room we stayed in, and the hot tub was perfect. We are really pleased with the location close to the grocery stores and the gas station. Thanks again.

First of all, dear Ms. Keziban and her husband were very friendly and kind people. We had a very nice stay. The house was clean, the air conditioners were working efficiently. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we felt like we were at home. The location was nice, you can reach Icmeler Beach in 10 minutes on foot. There is a delicious pita shop under the house, we ate dinner there every evening. Again, there are plenty of grocery stores in front of and near the house, you can easily access everything. Minibuses pass in front of the house, you can go to Marmaris center. In short, we had a very nice holiday, we had no problems. Can we come again? We will. Thank you for hosting us🙏

Very nice host and the place to stay in Marmaris! Amazing location 15-20 mins to the centre of Marmaris, nice walk by the beach! Cozy apartment, and terrace as well! Very much recommended!!

Overall, we were satisfied, we had a pleasant holiday with our dogs. Pros: The house is immaculate and well-maintained. The items are adequate and neat. The hosts who live upstairs are neat, nice people. The garden and balcony are very nice and pleasant, we were very comfortable with our dogs. Cons: It actually has a single negative side. Due to the elevation difference, you need to go up/down 40 steps from the garden door to the house. That pushes you when you're carrying the luggage. You take a 3-minute path to the sea, but there are also steps on this road. The steps in the house are added, although the path is short, it's challenging. Elderly and children may have serious difficulty.

We haven not met Tugce in person, but she was always on call and kind. The flat was clean. As you can see in the pictures, living room and kitchen are joint in one room which could be a bit poky, if you are planning to sit inside. We have spent most of our time on the big balcony, thus, it was not an issue for us. I would highly recomment to come by car since there are no taxis and the closest supermarket is about 10min within walking distance.

During our stay, Ms. Merve and her husband were very caring, they even offered us a sightseeing guide. The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the center, but it was not a problem for us, it was even better to have the house in a quiet place. It is a suitable house for those who want to have a active holiday and visit the city, the amenities of the house were sufficient as we were out all day in general. Ms. Merve and her family were staying on the upper floor of the house, they are easily accessible in case of any need. Once the entrance of the house is through the garden, it's good to know😊 In summary, we did not have any problems with the house or the hosts, thank you again:)

It was a very pleasant house. It was just 2 nights in the other apartments while we stayed, it was very comfortable. Since we are off-season, there is construction in the area, you are subject to their noises when you are at home. There are very good restaurants in a pleasant area of Sogut, we had a very, very nice 5 days as of the season, thank you very much.

This is a perfect place to stay, if you're traveling by car. We only stayed for a couple of days, but I can definitely say that the flat has everything you need for a longer stay. And of course, many thanks to Kardelen for always being ready to help!

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Thank you to Ms. Leyla and the host, Mr. Umut, for this pleasant stay, we will definitely come again, the apartment family apartment is very warm, the apartment items on the ground floor, everything you need, everything you need, we are very comfortable, ideal for the nuclear family of 4, Marmaris castle and bazaar walking distance. The location is very good. The house is a house where we can't get enough of sleeping. We had a comfortable stay with windows and mosquito nets. The hosts were very interested.
