We really loved the house, it was beautifully designed and everything was thought of. The amenities were quite sufficient, and it was nice that the pool was heated. Mr. Ahmet and his wife helped us with everything, we were able to reach them when we wanted. I'm thinking of coming back, I recommend it to everyone!

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Mr. Ahmet's interest was definitely at a high level. The location of the house may really be one of the best places you can find in Istanbul. We enjoyed a pristine house and a wonderful garden. We will definitely choose it again

Absolutely loved this place. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so if you are not for climbing stairs, this isn't your place. The staff did tote the luggage up and down. I personally wanted the exercise, and the view was worth it. I don't know that Istanbul offers a better view. Beware of the Galataport drop off. A LOT of stairs to get home even though it says .2-.3 mile walk. Every bit is stairs from the water. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul

The communication with Orbay was smooth — he responded quickly. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and spacious, which made it comfortable for a longer stay. The private terrace with a nice view was a great spot to relax. Overall, a good place to stay.

Great place to stay. Looks much better than in pictures. Very spacious, you can fit a large family there. The rooms look better than in expensive hotels. Nice and bright kitchen. The only small downside is that there wasn't any shower gel(just something that seemed like hand sanitizer more than anything)and no cleaning products for the kitchen either but even without these, the place looked spectacular and I would definitely recommend it. Amazing location, close to shops and cafes. The place is very well maintained and the living room is superb and spacious with a lovely dining table. The owner is great and discreet as well, didn't bother with rules or anything. Overall amazing experience. I really liked the wall decorations on the corridor and living room. The mirror panels look very cool and modern.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Hetem was extremely hospitable and accommodating to any needs or issues. He was also very friendly and gave many restaurant location as well as sight-seeing advice. The location was also walkable to the center of Taksim Square. Made my stay extra special and difficult to leave. I’ll be back soon!

We had a great stay at Volkan's place! Perfect location - a couple of minutes from Sishane metro and Galata Tower and easy to get around the whole city. It had everything we needed and was super spacious with a great shower and AC. Volkan was super friendly and allowed us to check in early, leave late and keep our bags in the apartment - he even gifted us some gorgeous socks!

The flat matches the photos exactly and is quite elegant. You'll have everything you need, and the hosts reply instantly so don't worry about waiting if you do end up needing something. They do everything by the book, so the apartment is very clean, and check-in is simple. The kitchen is well-equipped, although we didn't cook -- there's bakeries for fresh bread, supermarkets and local shops with farmer produce all within a 5-minute walk. Walk north, get some cheese, basturma, kaymak and olives with some vegetables and you're set for breakfast for a third of the price that you get in a café! The neighbourhood is residential so lots of small restaurants for dinner and cafés as well, and you're well positioned for both the city centre and the coast of the European side, by bus or metro.

An amazing house with big bedrooms and an amazing view 😍

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and exactly as described. The complex offers plenty of space and opportunities for barbecuing, etc. The hosts were very friendly, showed us everything and you really noticed that they made an effort. Despite a power outage that no one could help, the atmosphere was relaxed. Unfortunately, the pool was a little dirty, which was a shame, but understandable. The lawn also did not quite match the pictures, it was very hard and barely walkable barefoot. Otherwise, everything was good: quiet surroundings, pleasant atmosphere and an overall harmonious impression. With small compromises, we would still come back.

Great place to stay. Peaceful neighbourhood, but only short walk to shops and restaurants in one direction and a short walk and a trip on a mechanical pontoon, across the river, the other way, to a wonderful beach. Well equipped kitchen in the huge downstairs room, with outside terraces, back and front. We had a very relaxing time.

The house was very nice, the amenities are a bit outdated but it was very cozy. It was also very nice that you could walk to a beach. The hostess was very nice and gave us many tips on what to do and where there are beautiful beaches. All in all it was an extremely nice vacation with a great place to stay.

Mr. Eşref was very polite, helpful and responded very quickly to any question. We were very pleased.
