Beachfront vacation rentals in Marmara Region

Thank you so much Mr. Baran and his family. Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and very clean. They were very helpful during check-in and checkout times, and I would also like to thank you for that. We were able to stay very briefly wish we had more time and stayed longer. We had a place to go again.

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house in the middle of the turkish culture. We enjoyed our stay. The host is speaking English and was providing all necessary information. There is all necessary for the kitchen, washing and everything! The terrace is amazing. The people around are very friendly and helpful. Our kids was playing with the neighbors kids and it was amazing for all of them. The trucks with fruits and vegetables, corn, some pastries are passing almost every day and you can find all you need in the nearby stores. There are also supermarkets in 5-10 min by car. We enjoyed the sea and the mountains. This was a really emersion in the turkish culture. Thank you a lot for this holidays 🙏

Nice places to have a rest with children. Good playgrounds in front of the sea. We have enjoyed the weekend!

My family and I were extremely happy with the place. The sea view was a dream and the apartment matched the pictures. You could reach everything super well by car and also by ferry from Sarıyer port, which was close to the apartment, everything was super accessible. Zafer Bey was a good host and was always quickly reachable. If problems arose, he always had a solution. Our check-in and check-out was super easy and smooth thanks to Zafer Bey's instructions. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. Every cent was worth it!!!

The house was clean, had all the things we needed, very quiet the area, at least 2 beds in each room, there is place for parcking one car inside, and multiple cars outside the yard.. Adnan very nice and communicative. I will recommend it to anyone who needs to be around the area.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

The location and views of the house are truly amazing. The house was very clean and attentive. The host was very caring. It provides a solution for any of your problems within 5 minutes. You can have a fire in the garden. You can come with 4 friends and stay comfortably. I'm sure it will be much more enjoyable in the summer. You can choose with your eyes closed. We are very satisfied.

We preferred this area for our visit to Gallipoli with my 7-year-old son, both close and away from the crowds. We had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights in a quiet environment, the house is suitable for staying comfortably in summer and winter. I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable for the summer. The complex has its own beach, it does not seem to be available from the outside, so it is also comfortable. Mr. Volkan's communication was strong and caring and friendly. Thank you…

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Perfect place for families with kids. Especially the fact that there is lighting in the garden, the sandbox for children and various toys made for children to have a pleasant time. The location of the house is very nice, almost by the sea. The house was quite clean, tidy and had sufficient amenities. I would also like to thank Ms. Hanife. She was very helpful and caring both before and after.

Mr. Murat was a very nice hostess. She was friendly,kind, and welcoming. He also gave advice about the island. Great location in a central location. We received a clean home and had tools and equipment to meet all our needs. The garden was very well maintained and enjoyable. Obviously everything was perfect. Communication with the host was easy. I always got a quick response. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was very close to Istiklal street. Ideal location for sightseeing.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

The house was very clean and tidy. The owners were always caring and friendly. They confirmed if we had any needs on the 2nd day of our stay. Clean hair and bath towels, toilet paper and roll towels, dish soap were available. So we didn't feel the need to shop much. The house did not have a balcony, but the private area on the common floor was very pleasant. I recommend sitting there and drinking tea in the evening cool. Since we were in the wind, we were a little cold at sea, but it was worth it. The sea was clean, but there was some seaweed, and as we went, a glass-like water greeted you. Since there were not many waves, we were able to swim with great little pleasure. It was also very nice to provide two sun loungers and an umbrella for the beach. A few guests left the hosts in a difficult situation because they took the cards provided with them. Please don't behave like this. We never had a problem with sunbeds and umbrellas though. Attempted not to be a survivor. Thanks for everything. We would love to stay again:)

Amazing view and the best place we stayed in Sinemorets so far. We felt right at home. There was everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed holiday. The beach, restaurants and a few night places to enjoy live jazz performances - all within a walking distance. We would love to stay there again and would highly recommend it!
