Vacation rentals with beach access in Marmara Region

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

This was a great place in a great location. The neighborhood lost power and water for a couple of days, and O delivered us enough water to get through it. I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

Ailemle birlikte 3 gün 4 gece konakladık ve her anından çok memnun kaldık. Ev hem konum hem de konfor açısından harikaydı; temiz, düzenli ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey düşünülmüştü. Ev sahibimiz Aba Bey ise bu deneyimi özel kılan en önemli unsurdu. Kendisi son derece ilgili, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi. Her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi, ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda hep destek oldu. Kendimizi adeta kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Bu kadar kaliteli bir ev ve bu kadar nazik bir ev sahibini bulmak gerçekten zor. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

Very comfortable and extremely clean house. Beautiful garden! Easy to access, and perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The chickens were definitely the highlight of our trip! Muge is a fantastic host. She was very nice and made us feel right at home. One of a kind. Truly a gem.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Great stay. The space is bright and clean, looks as it does in the photos, is in a great location within quick walking distance to many of the famous sites, and the host was friendly and helpful.

A perfect house and a wonderful host, Sema Hanım! The house is much more beautiful than in the photos, every item in the house is very valuable and meaningful. While I was sitting on the balcony, I felt like a sultan living in the old times and watching the Bosphorus in her palace, I woke up every morning with the whistles of the ships passing through the Bosphorus, I drank my coffee among the singing of the birds, I walked in the forest area near the house or ran down to the beach. As for the host, Esma Hanım.. I don't know how to describe her in words, she is very helpful, very naive, very smart, an exemplary woman, I have nothing to do but feel lucky to have met her, thank you for designing such a house and coming into my life!

Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.

Hasan was very warm and welcoming throughout. I could easily message him any time of the day and he would help out immediately. Once at midnight, I had accidentally dropped my keys between the elevator shaft and Hasan was immediately ready to come to the rescue. Very helpful, responsive. Would highly recommend staying here especially when here for work or longer durations

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Meine Verlobte und ich sind sehr glücklich und zufrieden, es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Omer ist ein sehr freundlicher und offener Mensch super nett und immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und gemütlich😍
