Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Zcela nový a moderně vybavený bungalov s terasou, parkováním a přímým přístupem k vodě. Přístup od parkoviště až do koupelny a ložnice je bezbariérový. Rodiny s dětmi zde naleznou útočiště a dostatečný prostor pro dětské hrátky. Milovníci rybolovu zde najdou také vše co potřebují. 100m od bungalovu je bistro s výborným pivem a něčím k zakousnutí. 1 km se nachází velké koupaliště s plážovým volejbalem a vodními hrátkami a hřišti pro ty nejmenší.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Hey dear guests, I am providing you with my private accommodation here. I have lovingly designed and furnished it by hand. I hope you feel just as comfortable and secure in my apartment as I do. Most of the furniture, kitchen and bathroom are original from the 60s/70s. In my apartment there are many black and white photos, Rosenthal wall plates and some Chinese prints. Perfect for hikers and nature lovers: Right outside the front door you can go hiking on the Rauher Kulm or in the Fichtel Mountains. The ideal stopover for vacationers passing through. Also welcome for tradesmen or fitters. Bed linen and towels are included per guest. For groups of 5 or more, 2 must sleep on the sofa bed.

My place is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside, to the summit of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
