You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

New apartment on the Maintal cycle path in Ochsenfurt

Lovely apartment in a new building in the wine-growing village of Ochsenfurt, with a view of the Main and a balcony. Beautiful river location, right on the Main Valley cycle path and various hiking trails. A bakery-café and a bus stop are about a 4-minute walk away; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge, and the Nixe Main ferry are about a 10-minute walk away. The historic center of Ochsenfurt, with its charming half-timbered houses and numerous towers, can be reached on foot along the Main River in about 15 minutes.

In addition to our other vacation property in the former inn "Zur Höll," we have set up a completely newly renovated apartment in our commercial building in the center of Marktbreit in 2017. The apartment (75 square meters) is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via the entrance between Schlossgasse 6 and 8. The apartment has three bedrooms (one of which is a passageway), a bathroom, a storage room, a kitchen with a large table and a large balcony (10 square meters).

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Between the vineyards and the Main, our apartment shows a special side - a bit vintage, a bit playful - maybe a little unusual - but that's why it's special. And always with a lot of coziness! You can discover Marktbreit and the surrounding wine villages, but the small terrace also invites you to linger.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town.
