Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Ideal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful Franconian wine paradise and the Steigerwald. A feeder road to the Jacobsweg leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15 hours.
