Susanna Villa

Ancient Villa of 1908, built to become a factory of essences of lemons and oranges,which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Then renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. In fact, you can book both homes that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests to enjoy. The two villas are presented with a different style, there is a modern style villa and a classic style. The first , which can accommodate up to 4 people , is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses , and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfast, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners, and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double room with an air conditioner, and an attic overlooking the living area. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an ancient style, also with living stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an imposing fireplace , which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfast and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms , one double with en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other a loft overlooking the living area, equipped with the Polifemo Ion refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

Our stay was super nice, relaxing and easy. Masseria Bio is a really beautiful place, everything well designed, renovated but with a local vibe, surrounded by trees and orchards. Our apartment (Arancio) was very private, spotless clean and comfortable, with two terraces overlooking lemon trees. The pool was clean and really pleasant, made it very hard to leave! Masseria is well located in terms of visiting all the beautiful cities around. Last but not least, Andrea is one of the nicest hosts we’ve met, very friendly, communicative and caring :) Thank you!

Avola: House with Terrace and 2 Bright Rooms

The house of Corrada, known to friends as Duccia, and Vincenzo, perfectly matches the description on the site. It is spacious, bright, tastefully furnished with details that make a difference. On the second floor, there are two terraces, one with lemon trees and other flowers, and the other overlooking the surrounding rooftops, equipped with a small but charming sink and functional lines for hanging laundry. Each of the 2 bedrooms, furnished with design elements, has its own modern and functional bathroom. The kitchen also has everything you need: a large refrigerator, pots and pans, etc. that are necessary for a stay. The location is ideal, because it is located in Avola, a pretty and quiet town, an excellent base for visiting all the main places of interest in south-eastern Sicily. Corrada, kind and sunny, was perfect, both in the welcome and in satisfying all our requests. I can say that it is one of the most beautiful vacation homes I have stayed in. Recommended.

This is a well thought out, comfortable apartment that was built tastefully and with high quality furnishings. Space feels like a luxurious hotel suite but with privacy and charm of a lived in home— it was a perfect, relaxing stay for us as a couple. The balcony up top with an outdoor shower is a super nice touch, I highly recommend spending time out there in the mornings or at dawn when the swallows fly. We also enjoyed the location, as it was quiet and didn’t feel touristy at all, yet we were very close to the city center. The neighborhood cafes/bakeries were all excellent, as per host’s recommendations. Silvia, the host, was kind, helpful and very fast with her responses, it was a total pleasure to chat with her. Fully recommend this apartment!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Allesandras Airbnb. The place was exactly as described. clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and still peaceful and quiet at night. She made really good breakfast every day. Our host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We will defently come back.
