Great apartment and a great host. We liked it so much that we booked a second stay. Patricia is extraordinary. The place is within walking distance of Mariscal Shopping, has good internet, a great view over Asuncion, and is well equipped.

great spot for short stay. has everything you need and Jorge very responsive. enabled an early check in. building never gave me a code to get in and out which was a bit annoying but security let me in everytime

The apartment is tastefully decorated and a lot of attention to detail. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the living room with integrated kitchen is super bright and nice – ideal for rest and relaxation. Everything went perfect. Elke was very nice and flexible with the check-in time, which is very much appreciated. I'm glad I was able to stay at this place. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well-kept and energy-filled space.

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house. It's very comfortable and spacious. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants. Ideal to come with children. We always come to see the family, and the spaces in the house are ideal for sharing, either indoors or outdoors. Vicente (the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

The house is very nice and is very well equipped. There is not much nearby but it arrives very well delivery and Uber. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a camera in the dnd dining room is also the armchair bed and I found it invasive.

Diego responded each time we wrote. Place was comfortable and easy walking distance to the supermarket and the places we were visiting. Would stay there again.

The apartment and building's facilities make it a stay that exceeds expectations and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby, the neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and it is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always ready to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop your day to day with ease.
