The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Great place to stay! Svetlana and her husband are wonderful hosts and such pleasant people ! The house is very clean, walking distance to the sea and beach . Definitely come back and highly recommend to all who seek quiet , cozy place!

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

The place is excellent & its my second time coming here with my friends & family. Amazing living room and bedrooms. You can also take the cleaning service which is reasonable and they do an excellent job cleaning it. The overall experience & response time was very very good. I highly recommend this place.

Khayyam is an outstanding host! He is incredibly kind and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. His communication was exceptional; he responded within minutes and was always available to help. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It's perfectly located—close to both the main city and the old city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a wonderful time exploring Baku. Highly recommend!

Ulvi was incredibly friendly and even picked us up from the airport. The flat’s location is ideal, just a few minutes by car from the Maiden Tower and the city center. The apartment has a great atmosphere with its light decor. We also enjoyed the building’s amenities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and gym on the first floor. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend it!

Мы рады, что больше нам не придется искать отличный дом для отдыха с семьёй, с радостью приедем еще. Особенно порадовала чистота, продуманность и наличие всего необходимого. Кровати удобные, постель чистая, полотенца, одеяло и доп. постельное белье в избытке. И самое приятное - чистый бассейн, чистая сауна. Отдыхали семьёй 8 человек. Тишина, приватность. Можно дойти до пляжа при желании. Хотелось бы пожелать будущим жильцам относится аккуратно и бережно ко всему (в гостинной хорошая, приличная мебель, которая не терпит царапин). Будьте опрятны и этот дом порадует еще много семей своим гостеприимством. Хозяину желаем воспитанных жильцов и классных путешествий, например в Санкт-Петербург! 🙂

Leyla is a friendly host. Replied to all of our calls and texts from Wp. I know because we had no wifi during first 2 days. She helped to call IT guys to fix! Seabreeze has a horrible organization. Problems with towels- in weekends its hard to find towels. Reception has hard time communicating with the rest of the resort. Call in advance to let the host know about your arrival. we have arrived 10 past 15.00 (check in time), but the room wasnt ready. Had to wait for more than an hour to settle in. Bring your own soap and other personal items. there is none in the room. It's more like renting a flat, rather than a hotel room in a resort area.

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Great space! Perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Hosts were always very quick to respond and help however possible. We loved it and so did our dog :)

I loved the stay, very beautiful view of the city, checkin was very simple and easy even though I reached in mid night. Apartment was very clean as shown in pictures and all the amenities were perfectly placed. The apartment has very good restaurants within building and accessibility to nearby supermarket is very easy.

Замечательная уютная квартира. И прекрасный, бесконечно отзывчивый и интеллигентный хозяин Фикрет. Всегда готов прийти на помощь по любому вопросу. Уже второй год подряд в марте останавливаемся с ребенком именно здесь. Нравится локация, наличие магазинов и торговых точек, кафешек, транспортная доступность до центра. В квартире есть все необходимое + велком пак. Это очень приятно. Из минусов: иногда вечером бывает шумно на улице, но это единственный недочет. Обязательно приедем еще!)

Рекомендую к проживанию! Хозяин вежливый, была изменена дата, он пошёл навстречу. Всё супер!

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

Everything was clean and nice. We appreciated the appliances: a washing machine, drying rack, and, even better, dryer, hoover, dishwasher, and cloth in the kitchen.

Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικος απαντούσε πάντα σε όλα τα μηνύματα μου,σε κάθε ερώτημα ή τυχόν προβληματισμό. Αυτό από μόνο του ήταν εξαιρετικο. επίσης και το σπίτι ήταν σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία που μπορούσα να πηγαίνω μέσα στη μέρα για μικρές στιγμές ξεκούρασης. Ασφαλής γειτονια, μπορούσες να κυκλοφορήσεις και το βράδυ μέχρι αργά. είχε ωραία μαγαζιά με σουβενίρ από κάτω.

This place was absolutely stunning! we enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Indeed the highlight of our Azerbaijan vacation. The property was spotless, clean and all amenities were perfectly available. Best part was our care takers Elmaaz and Kama who took very good care of and made us feel right at home.

Ev tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Merkezi konumu sayesinde şehri çok rahat gezebildik. İhtiyacımız olan market ve yemek yerleri 3-4 dk mesafedeydi. Konum açısından da daha iyisini bulamazdık. Şehrin kalbinde, restoranlara, kafelere ve tarihi yerlere yürüyerek ulaşabileceğimiz merkezi bir noktadaydı ve yabancı bir şehirde olmamıza rağmen kendimizi evimizde gibi güvende hissettik. Ev sahibi, bize şehirde gezilecek yerler ve yerel restoran önerileri konusunda da oldukça yardımcı oldu. Fotoğraflarda gözüken teras gerçekte daha güzel gözüküyor. Özellikle akşam manzarası harika. Ev çok temizdi rahatlıkla konaklayabildik. Temizlik kusursuzdu; yatak takımlarından banyo ve mutfağa kadar her şey tertemizdi. Ayrıca mutfakta yemek yapabilmemiz için temel gereçler mevcuttu. Klimalar güzel soğutuyordu. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Ev kesinlikle 5 yıldızdan fazlasını hak ediyor.

Adil is a wonderful host! from check in to check out he was very helpful and responsive! Helped us navigate our stay registration and provided great recommendations! The apartment is pretty great! the kitchen is well stocked! nice balcony! we got to see the spring coming in everyday, which was a great experience! everything you need for a peacefull stay in Baku!

Для нас двоих эта квартира - студия была находкой! Утром можно приготовить легкий завтрак, вечером принять душ и отдохнуть. Спали мы хорошо, но для чувствительных к шуму ночного города может не понравиться шум машин на проспекте 8 Ноября. Но в большом городе всегда и везде есть шум. Вид за окном очень красив. Прямо в доме есть неплохой ресторанчик. Хозяйка Наталья всегда на связи и готова помочь.
