This apartment is in a great location with nice views and places to walk/visit close by. The apartment is spacious, clean and well ventilated. If you’re in the Maputo area, this is a great spot to check out.

Maximino is very pleasant and available. His flat is quite typical (both in its design and in its environment). It provides all the facilities for a comfortable stay, fast Wi-Fi is available together with shared washing machine. It is very calm. We particularly appreciated its location (close to the city center, shops, restaurants, bars, museums, and parks). I would recommend it for one person or two people who like studio vibe flat with unique character and cosy feelings.

Silvia was a very friendly host and her place has beautiful rooms and balconies - I would highly recommend a visit! She is also close to several nice places to go out for food and drink, and it was a pleasure for our group to stay there.

Our stay in Maputo was absolutely delightful! The Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The cozy atmosphere and stylish decor made us feel right at home. Michel is the greatest host, very considerate. He went way out of his way with a very early check in that happened around midnight. Stayed over for four nights and we have zero regrets. The place is very homey, cozy, fancy, clean, secure and fulfilling so much so that we even ditched some of our plans just to stay in. It’s close to Maputo’s best mall, the mall also holds enough restaurants and sits right on the beach.

Natercia and Carlos are very good couple. Very interactive. We enjoyed staying together. Our room was beautiful, we liked the location as ita closed to banks, supermarkets and restaurants.

Her great staff catered to us beautifully & went beyond to make our stay all the more amazing. Christina made sure we felt right at home & fully accommodated our 6 month old, she also kindly offered other services that made our holiday all the more magical. Her responsiveness before & during our holiday was reassuring— every request was met with a reply "done" she truly delivered on every promise & even assisted me when I had a little medical issue. In a world where keeping one’s word is rare, Christina stands out as a host who not only met but exceeded our expectations. Thank u, Christina, for making our stay truly memorable, ur hospitality is definitely unmatched. U left a great impression on us & made our Mozambique holiday a truly unforgettable one. Machangulo Beach is een verscholen stukje paradijs op aarde! Waanzinnige vergezichten over de rustige oceaan, verlaten stranden helemaal voor ons alleen. Overigens is de reis (per 4x4) er naar toe via de olifantenpark ook een avontuur op zichzelf! De villa is luxe, van alle gemakken voorzien, met ruime kamers en heerlijke loungeplekken, binnen en buiten. Jabulani, Anna en Elliot hebben ons meer dan uitstekend verzorgd, met als kers op de taart vers gevangen vis en kokosnoten direct uit de boom. Een fantastische plek om met de familie de 60e trouwdag van onze ouders te vieren!

It’s a really great place to stay but you would need a 4 wheel drive to comfortably get around

Nice, pretty, safe, clean and great spot! The house rented have all the needs. The food was nice at the restaurant. The location was easy to find. Very near to the beach and with a lot of things to do. Well recommend! We will repeat for sure!

This was my second stay at this wonderful place, and I loved it just as much as the first time! The space is cozy, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. The host is incredibly accommodating and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I already know I’ll be coming back again—it feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Thani var en fantastisk vert. Fleksibel på både innsjekk og utsjekking noe jeg satt stor pris på. Eneste som jeg ikke likte var når jeg spurte om å forlenge oppholdet med to dager så satt han opp prisen en del. Men leilighet var fantastisk så jeg kunne ikke motstå å bli der lengre. Fin utsikt og basseng i hagen. Definitivt verdt hver krone og leiligheten var romslig og praktisk. Vi elsket stedet. Takk for oppholdet og anbefales virkelig

Ana is a communicative, polite, warm host and her apartment is cozy and well set up. The private room locks, and has a good screened window partially overlooking trees and a private school yard. It's lovely to hear the kids voices playing intermittently throughout the day. The house is quite luminous, and the little balcony has a nice sitting/reading chair with a golden partial view of the ocean in the afternoon. I worked in the living room on my laptop quite a lot. The room includes a private bathroom, just across outside the door, with a great shower. Coffee flows freely (although I suggest contributing). It's a 5 minute taxi ride to the best parts of Polana, costing about M$110 (USD$1.15). I suggest getting the VIVA taxi app if you're going to be doing a lot of taxiing around town.
