Some tourist sites are just a walking distance like echo valley and the church of Saint Mary the Virgin.... It takes ten minutes walk to the place and 50 m downhill from the main road. It is advised to take less luggage and be ready with strenuous walking especially to the tour sites.

This home is in top of a hill, thus, a 5-minute walk uphill gets you here. Guests with car need to find a parking area for their vehicles. There are a few houses nearby, this home is for people who need to get away from the busy, noisy life. You will have all the house by yourself as the owner is abroad and Gina, the sister, who is busy with her work is in charge of the house. She has, however, the housekeeper who will be assisting guests.

Great view on the veranda, coffee that will make you forget other brands and a very reliable internet connection if you will working remotely. The best part? A very welcoming and generous host that willl make sure that all your needs will be taken care off. Feels at home during my stay and will definitely be back here again 😊

This property exceeded our high expectations … which is impressive when your kids have been anticipating their stay in a house with a “circle door”. Things that I loved but didn’t expect: - The large hilltop property has huge pine trees and pretty views. You are out of town a little so you get a chance to hear the wind blow through the trees. - The host, Marie, is a thoughtful and thought provoking person. It is clear that her place is a success because of her beliefs, her passion, and her love for what she does. The time and care she is invests in the property is for enjoyment now and for future generations. - The Cellar Door, the on-site brewery, is an awesome hang out spot. It led to special conversations around the open fire pit. We didn’t hear any noise from the restaurant when on the “home” side of the property. - Sagada itself has an excellent coffee scene and the range of restaurants and dessert shops were a hit with our family. Enjoy your visit!

Super like this place! Ate Rose Homestay in Sagada exceeded all my expectations. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and truly feels like a home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay—the peaceful surroundings, the cozy atmosphere, and Ate Rose’s warm hospitality made the experience even more special. The place is clean, recommendable. The care taker is friendly and very helpful during our stay. It was really a very peaceful place where we can relax from the noise here in Manila. We are well entertained. They have a good internet connection but only when you are at the lobby. No connection when you are at your room. This is only the disadvantage I experienced.. Definitely, I will recommend this place for my friends and relatives.

Amazing host, The place was squeaky clean and very homey. The view was spectacular and It was also close to the Pog-o viewpoint. Towels were soft and fluffy too. And interiors were very country feely. Highly recommended! Loved Roxy the dog as she was the greeter of all the guests.

Stay was great. Responsive, accommodating and trustworthy staff. Tour guide working at the hostel helped us arrange a tour without spending too much. Kuya Jess did what he could to make the tours possible and make this trip amazing. Simple gesture of the staff are remarkable.
