Vacation rentals with a patio in Manisa Merkez

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

Nous avons eu un excellent accueil, la maman d'Ertan est une très belle personne, elle nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et elle nous a très bien renseigné. Le logement est vraiment super et très agréable à vivre. Merci beaucoup et si nous revenons à Izmir, nous reviendrons chez Ertan 😊👍

Wir haben diese wunderschöne Unterkunft für 4 Übernachtungen gebucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und wir konnten sogar früher einchecken. Man fühlte sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, wo man einfach abschalten kann. Nochmals ein Dankeschön eine die wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr warmherzig und hat uns sehr lieb empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Unsere Kinder und wir haben sie ins Herz geschlossen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!!

Gezilecek yerlere çok yakın bir bölgede olması avantajlıydı, evin tarzı da çok güzeldi. Yerel tavsiyeler için teşekkür ederiz :)

Büyülü bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Evimizi değil, sanki ruhumuzu dinlendirdik burada… Ev, sadece konforlu değil; aynı zamanda huzurla örülmüş gibiydi. Her detay ince düşünülmüş, tertemiz ve misafirperverliğin en güzel haliyle sunulmuştu. Konum harikaydı; çevresindeki doğa, sessizlik ve enerji bize gerçekten çok iyi geldi. Ev sahibi ise kelimenin tam anlamıyla nazik, ilgili ve güven vericiydi. Her an ulaşılabilir ve yardımseverdi; kendimizi çok özel hissettik. ✨ Bu sadece bir konaklama değil, içsel bir durak, ilahi bir nefes molasıydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese öneriyoruz. 💫 5 yıldız bile az kalır!

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

Buket hanıma öncelikle çok teşekkür ediyorum. Ev temiz ve oldukça düzenliydi, Buket hanım iletişimi güçlü bir ev sahibi, mahalle sakinleri güler yüzlü ve yardım sever insanlardı. Hemen üst tarafta kurulan yiyecek, içecek stantları alışverişimde büyük kolaylık sağladı, benim için çok güzel bir deneyimdi, Bende gönül rahatlığıyla urlayı ve özellikle Buket hanımı tavsiye ediyorum

Konaklayanların favorisi açıklaması kesinlikle doğru... Tatil tarihimizi değiştirip evi tuttuk ve çok güzel bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık. Ev tamamen açıklamada yazdığı ve fotoğraflarda olduğu gibi, oldukça da otantik ve tertemizdi. 2 çiftin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği, kendine ait tuvaleti ve banyosu olan geniş 2 oda, oturma odası, tuvalet ve mutfaktan oluşan çok güzel bir evdi. Ev sahibimizin bizim için bıraktığı vişne likörünü akşamüstü avluda otururken keyifle içtik... Ev sahiplerimiz de çok misafirperverdi, tüm sorularımıza hızla ve ilgiyle cevap verdiler... Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Erol Bey'in yerinde ikinci kez konaklıyorum. Daha önce iki arkadaş burada kaldık, şimdi eşimle burada konaklamak istedim. Burayı tekrar tercih etmemin sebebi konum ve manzaradan öte Erol Bey'in güvenilirliği ve misafirperverliğidir. Başka yerlerde de güzel manzaralar bulabilirsiniz ama sevgi dolu bir ev sahibi bulamazsınız. Her şey yeterli ölçüde temizdi. Kedileri bile huzurlu. Burası bizim mutlu olduğumuz bir yer. Umarım ileride hepimiz Erol Bey gibi dinç, kültürlü, kendini geliştiren, saygılı bireyler oluruz. Ondan, kedilerinden öğrenilecek çok şey var. Bizi konuk ettiği için ve tüm sohbetlerimiz için ona çok teşekkür ederiz.

İlk defa kaldık ancak asla son olmayacak. Kafa dinleyeyim hem de uygun fiyatlı olsun diyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Ece hanım bütün sorularımıza her an yanıt verdi. Havuz konusunda da problem yaşamadık, hava 6 derece iken 25 derece sıcaklığı vardı. Güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz

Erhan and his partner were kind, offered homemade biscuits and coffee, and were happy to answer any questions. Erhan made sure we were able to check in smoothly. Overall it was a very comfortable stay! The place is clean and had all the necessities.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

It was really nice and clean place. We felt like at home and had a great time! If we come to Plomari again, we will definitely choose it.

Kendi evim çok küçük olduğu için İzmir civarlarında kız isteme törenim için mekan aramaktayken. Bu tarih kokan eve rastlamamla birlikte organizasyonumda bu evi kullanmak çok istedim . Ancak böyle bir tören yapmamıza izin verecekleri konusunda çok tereddütlüydüm. Kendimi ifade ettiğim bir mesaj ilettim Mehmet bey ve ahu hanıma kendileri de bence bu fikre en az benim kadar heyecanlanmışlardı . Rezervasyonum öncesinde evi görmek istedim organizasyon için uygun olup olmayacağı hakkında tereddütlerim vardı. Kendileri bana o konuda da yardımcı oldular evi daha önceden ziyaret edip endişelerimi giderdim. Ev aynı fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Mehmet bey yardımsever ve sıcakkanlıydı herhangi bir sorunumuzda hemen çözüm önerileri sundu akıp geçen zaman içinde bu tarihi ev yaşanmışlıklarına bizim mutluluğumuzu kattı. Ev sahiplerine çok müteşekkiriz bu konuda. konum harikaydı her yer tertemiz ve mükemmeldi eğer izmireyse seyahatiniz bence sizinde bir kaç yaşanmışlıkta siz bırakmalısınız bu eve…

Ev sahipleri güleryüzlü ve samimi insanlardı. Ev gayet temizdi, plaja yürüme mesafesinde. Keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil için herkese öneriyorum.

Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι της Μυτιλήνης μόνος 20 λεπτά από το αεροδρόμιο. Μπορείς να βρεις πάρκινγκ και να κινηθείς μέσα στα στενά που είναι γεμάτα από ταχυφαγεία, εστιατόρια και καφετέριες. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και παρείχε όλα τα κομφορ. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά ακόμα.

We stayed in Mytilene and absolutely loved the place we stayed at. The check-in was super easy, the balcony was so romantic, and the bed was really comfortable. The decoration was lovely, and most importantly, the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again if we return.

Ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war klein aber fein. Völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen. Hat alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Zudem war sie sehr sauber. Als Bonus hat man noch die Aussicht.
