The village of Lindoso is well known for its Medieval Castle and one of the largest clusters of typical granite granaries (”espigueiros”). This is an old stone house next to an old water mill. Both have been rebuilt in harmony with the traditional architecture of the region. It is an invitation to enjoy the peace and the landscapes of the rural environment. Beautiful, in the middle of the natural park "Serra do Xurés" is the apartment, which was completely new and lovingly renovated in August 2020. The view and the large garden are beautiful. It is a very peaceful place if you like to look at the nature. There are many lagoons and bathing possibilities at rivers and lakes nearby and a lot to explore. Restaurants, bars and small shops are only a few minutes drive away. The apartment has a lot of sleeping possibilities and is 75m2 large.

We had a wonderful few days in this ancient, but modernized stone cottage. Very charming and for every time of day there is a place to sit with a great view - on the deck, the balcony, the terrace. The house is well equipped and very clean, nice and cool inside on a hot summer day. And the surroundings are beautiful! Great walks in the National Park, but also closer by. Noelia was very helpful with recommendations for things to do, places to eat and practical tips for grocery shopping. She also arranged the highlight for our three year old: a pony excursion on the nearby ranch. We found it hard to leave!
