The condo was perfect for our stay. It had everything that we needed and it was connected to a mall if you need any shopping to do like buy groceries or getting your nail or hair done. Also it had a movie theater and alot of restaurants to eat at. If you need to exchange money they have it there too. The condo had a beautiful pool and gym. If I'm in the area I would stay there agian. Alot of bars, nightclubs, and restaurants that are walkable. I would recommend staying there.

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

Me and my husband super love the place and we had a wonderful stay. Our trip to Manila was extremely convenient, memorable and unforgettable because of the great place. The unit was as describe, very clean with the terrific view of Manila bay. Everything was perfect and we wish to be back. Great deal, great place, stunning view and the area has everything you need- near the Robinsons Mall with lots of restaurants and convenient stores around plus easy access to anywhere you wanna go.

I travelled for work and stayed at Marks place as it was walking distance to my office. It was very comfortable and convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Would happily stay again.

Absolutely stunning Airbnb with the best modern and luxurious setup ever. Everything was in top condition and looked exactly like the photos—so clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The reclining couch and soft mattress were my personal favorites—pure comfort! The aircon was perfectly cold, and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing view. The whole unit felt so exquisite and thoughtfully designed. We also enjoyed the PS4, and the mini grocery was super convenient. Hosts were kind, responsive, and very hands-on. 10/10 experience—highly recommended!

Booked this place because I had meetings at our office in Makati, and the location was perfect (just a minute walk away) Super convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We loved how pet-friendly the place and the area is. Salcedo Park is close, so it was easy to take our dog out for walks. The unit itself is big, especially compared to other places in the area. The bed was really comfy, and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Having parking in Makati was a big plus too. There was a scheduled power interruption during our stay, but Kiko and Clarisse were really helpful and let us stay at another one of their places while the power was out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Jeff’s place was clean and had enough space for us family of 3. It’s closeby to shopping and restaurants, and there’s a convenience store just right by the lobby. Jeff communicated well with us and was flexible with our late check in. The caretaker, Sylvia, was friendly, responsive, and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. I would probably recommend a handwash in the bathroom and additional toilet paper as we didn’t have a full roll at all. I would recommend Jeff’s place for its cleanliness, value for money, proximity to everything, and the ease of finding it for Grab drivers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay for Our Group of 13! Our stay at LET'S STAY in DELSA MANSION was nothing short of amazing! We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

I stayed at this place with my thesis group so that we can be early for a defence in the morning. For this and similar purposes, this place is ideal—might book again for such reasons in the future! PS. Basically the entire penthouse floor is yours; you can smoke on the roofdeck.

This was our first experience in the Philippines to visit family and to tour. The condo is very easily accessible from the airport by walking via Runway Manila or a very quick Grab. Our host was very responsive and helpful before our trip, answering all questions and providing a great experience. Our check in was seamless as the host's helper met us at the condo to show us around. Building staff were very helpful and all the amenities were enjoyable. Grocery and other food options were very close and this was a very safe place to be. This was a great "homebase" for our family to explore Manila. We highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Manila. Thank you!

Tom’s place was highly comfortable and spacious for a group of four. We chose the unit as it has 2 separate rooms (one with a queen bed and another with twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was complete with utensils and cookware. The wifi and other appliances worked perfectly. When we had a minor issue with the AC in the living room, Tom was quick to send a technician in the unit. The issue was resolved immediately. The unit also has a complimentary parking space. Despite the short notice, Tom was able to accommodate our request for parking. The location of the unit is superb. BGC High Street, SM Aura and Market Market are within walking distance. All in all, we’d love to go back to Tom’s place. It’s now one of our top picks when staying in BGC.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. The front lobby receptionist made the check-in process seamless. The home was spotless, and the bed was SO SOFT—truly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in! I really appreciated the thoughtful little details throughout. The pool was crystal clean, and I had it all to myself. It was a bit chilly, but still a great experience. I also checked out one of the recommended restaurants, and it did not disappoint! The location is super convenient—right in front of **7-Eleven, an ATM, and Starbucks**. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this space. Beautiful view and comfortable beds. Very clean and spacious. Lots to walk to and a lot of late night spots. Very convenient with grocery store inside mall and bank.

Our overnight stay at this Airbnb offered a very comfortable experience, as the unit was well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We truly appreciated the exceptional helpfulness of both the housekeeper and the host, who were readily available to assist us. However, a significant drawback was the condition of the pool. It was unfortunately very dirty, which prevented us from enjoying it as much as we had hoped. This was quite disappointing, and we ultimately felt we would have had a better time simply relaxing in the unit. The location, though, is a definite plus. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of major shopping centers like Robinsons Galleria and SM Megamall, as well as the MRT station and various convenience stores.

From my first message to Mel she was so responsive and helpful. I had a very late arrival and Mel even offered to have hot food waiting for me upon my arrival. Any questions I had, she was quick with an answer. Mel helped organise my laundry…and the list goes on and on. Great customer service!!! The unit itself, very clean & tidy. Clear instructions & manuals for everything. A great view out the window. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Bath towels so soft and smelled clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but so many other little incidentals that add a nice touch. Lollies, chocolates, personal toiletries should you have forgotten something. Location, location location, seriously you cannot be any better located. 3-minute walk to Shangri la shopping. 10-minute walk to Mega Mall. Easy access for grab pick up. Staff in the building are also very accommodating & helpful. All in all, I can’t thank Mel enough for such a great stay.

The facility is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in the Philippines. The gym and pool are incredible reception make things very easy for packages with stunning views. AC is perfect temperature. Water is clean and the washer is convenient. I very highly recommend this place as well as Kim is an incredible host. We will be back.

Really love this unit, I love my morning coffee and drinking it at the balcony was extraordinary! Very clean and has everything you need. One of my favourite stays, I’ll definitely try to book again in the future if I catch it available. This place is amazing! We stayed here for our 25th anniversary and it was truly unforgettable. The highlight was definitely the surprise setup for my wife. It was such a thoughtful and special touch! Beyond the surprise, the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the overall experience was just fantastic. My wife and son loved it.
