Vacation rentals with a patio in Mandelieu-La Napoule

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Superbe appartement très bien situé au cour de Cannes. L'hôte était très réactive et a su réagir rapidement face aux petits imprévus. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter :-)

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Appartement en hauteur, lumineux et au calme avec terrasse au soleil le matin, proche du bord de mer (palais des festivals), très pratique et fonctionnel. Quelques petite détails à peaufiner vu le prix (ampoule à changer, serviettes, vaisselle ébréchée). Sinon très bien

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Heerlijk appartement op een prachtige plek. Wij hebben genoten van het zonnige terras en de goede voorzieningen. Ook fijn dat we de auto ter plekke konden opladen.

the location was excellent 👌. easy access, lift available. the apartment was very clean. it was a little noisy in the square early morning, due to work at the old market, and temporarily sited opposite apartment . but overall a very pleasant stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l’occasion du Grand Prix de Monaco. Le logement était top : propre, bien équipé (tout est nickel côté équipements), très pratique et idéalement situé avec un accès facile au village à pied. L’extérieur est également très mignon, parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Elisabeth et Clinton sont des hôtes très accueillants et chaleureux. Le logement proposé est impeccable bien situé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût leur sérieux et bienveillance font de Élisabeth et Clinton des hôtes chez qui nous retournerons les yeux fermés

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jean-Philippe qui a toujours été très réactif à la réponse de nos messages lorsque nous avons eu besoin de communiquer avec lui. La maison est très agréable ainsi que le jardin. La maison est très bien équipée ce qui nous a facilité le séjour. Nous recommandons cette location!

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Vi havde en skøn ferie i det smukke hus midt i et dejligt område. Sylvie var meget hjælpsom og fleksibel omkring ankomst og afrejse. Huset har alt i udstyr, godt internet og Apple TV. Vores barnebarn på 2 år havde også en skøn ferie med timer i boblebadet og leg på terrassen. Vi elskede stedet og planlægger allerede vores næste ophold i det dejlige hus.

Elodie est très accueillante et très arrangeante. Très à l'écoute et réactive quand on la sollicite. Maison parfaite et excellemment décorée.

Quand nous sommes arrivés là magie a opéré immédiatement !! Olivier a été formidable en tout point, un hôte hyper réactif avec de l'humour , attentionné avec nous, très flexible, à nos petits soins! Nous avons eu droit à un bon chauffage, très appréciable !!! Nous sommes en hiver, donc pas de piscine mais nous avons hâte d'y retourner à la belle saison. Cette maison est un havre de paix , une atmosphère paisible et chaleureuse ! Cher Olivier, un merci sans fin , Si vous vous demandez ,si vous êtes indécis, sincèrement ne tergiverser pas!!! Préparez votre valise, et dirigez vous vers ce joli cocon dans lequel vous vous sentirez comme chez vous, non non je n'exagère pas!! Et en plus nous avons assisté à un chatoyant feu d'artifice du village de Gassin, fort mignon par ailleurs, pour clôturer ce beau week-end de retrouvailles entre amis. 😍😍UN VERITABLE COUP DE COEUR😍😍

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Très bon séjour dans un environnement très calme avec une magnifique terrasse. Logement très bien équipée et hôte sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Dominique’s place! We did our workaction there and it was perfect for the two of us. Internet was fast enough for video calls and the terrace and pool great for my partner who was already on holidays and could enjoy the sun and beautiful view of Antibes Bay. You definitely need a car, but with it it’s super quick and easy to go to Cannes, Antibes (around 15 min) and even Grasse (which is less than 30 min away). The apartment was just as shown on the pictures, very comfortable and clean. Dominique and his wife even spoiled us with a welcome package. He was overall also very flexible with check-in and out times. I can highly recommend the place and we’ll definitely want to come back with more time during the day!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Appartement sehr genossen. Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr gut und funktional ausgestattet, so dass man tatsächlich auch etwas aufwändiger selbst kochen kann. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt, so dass man dafür auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Ausflüge in die Städte und das Hinterland der Côte d’Azur zu unternehmen. Anne Christine und Daniel sind als Gastgeber äußerst nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und hatten gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

El lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy bien cuidado y la hospitalidad de Sylvia increíble, solo lamentamos durar tan poco tiempo porque el lugar es espectacular.

Toppenläge och fräsch lägenhet! Vi trivdes jättebra, och det var nära till stranden, restauranger och kollektivtrafik. Lägenheten var ren, ljus och hade allt vi behövde. Rekommenderas varmt!
