We had a great stay at Sherwin’s place! The space was cozy, relaxing, and I was amazed at the rotating TV. Sherwin was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.

We had a pleasant time here. Very comfortable. All that you need is there and the view is stunningly beautiful. This location is close to a big mall, good restaurants and bars. The hosts are very professional, kind and responsive. I recommend this place, especially if you look for comfort but don’t forget to explore the local area and Manila in general.

Ms. Marlene’s place was beyond our expectation. The place was clean and organized, with complete amenities, great view, cozy and homey vibe, and overall aesthetically pleasing. She offered a high speed internet, TV with great sound system, complete spices for cooking, and free coffee and tea! Ms. Marlene was also kind, friendly and responsive with our concerns and request. Would definitely book Ms. Marlene’s place again ❣️

I had a pleasant stay at the property. Here are a few reasons why I would recommend it: The owner was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The room matched the pictures provided, which was reassuring. A steam iron was available, and we were given clear instructions for checking in, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

It’s our second time to book at Ferdinand’s place. We’re as happy as the first time, they provided all the necessities, the building itself is old but the unit inside is newly renovated and well maintained, bed is very comfortable and has good lighting. A/C working perfectly and the water heater also! The owner is very responsive to our needs. And we love the location, it’s walking distance to Shangri La Plaza and other malls, great coffee shops and restaurants nearby (Bo’s coffee is our favorite and Modern Shanghai for good Chinese food) ,we even had great experience watching Live band in Red Rhino just a few steps away!

It was a pleasant weekend staycation. The location is near to a lot of malls, at cozy spots. Highly recommend!

Well-spent birthday staycation with an amazing overlooking view. Definitely will comeback to unwind. Jacqueline was very accommodating — she assisted us from the moment we arrived, even waited in the lobby to make sure our check-in went smoothly and helped us with parking too. The whole stay was hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. Two days definitely weren’t enough! Sadly, we couldn’t extend since the place was already booked for the weekend. Hehe. Will definitely go back! ✨

The place was really nice, but what I liked the most was the inclusions. They prepared drinking water, biscuits and juice. Also, toothbrush and toothpaste for guest was very much appreciated too. I've been to different airbnbs and not a lot of them are thoughtful enough to prepare toiletries for their guests, so thank you. If I have one complaint, I think it would be the towels. It smelled a bit musty but I think it could be bec it was not dried properly after washing. Overall, thank you for letting me stay at your unit. It was a great experience.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Fantastic stay! The place matched the description perfectly—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. One of the best parts was having the mall right in the same building, which made everything super convenient. The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is close to the mall and mrt so it’s easy to fetch stuff and get dropped off in the location. I also appreciate the hosts being responsive to all of my questions about the place and the check-in. My stay was great, the check-in and check out is really easy and staff were helpful too. Overall, would book again if needed.

I've stayed at several units in Soho Central and this one is as good as it gets. Clean, comfortable, great sheets and linens. The jeepneys and road-traffic on Shaw Blvd are a bit noisy, but slept great nevertheless. Looking forward to staying again.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the kids have toys, books and even towels. The host was incredibly friendly and very accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. If I could stay here longer, I definitely would, it's that inviting. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing and comfortable time staying at this property. The place is clean, full of character, and has an amazing view of the city that we enjoyed waking up to. It is very spacious and did not feel crowded with 8 guests. There are lots of things to do within walking distance of this place. We are thankful to Venica for being a great and accommodating host and we are keen to rent her property again if the opportunity arise.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Good condo, good communication, everything worked, properly described, everything needed for stay was there and would use again. Thank you for being a good host.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson!
