Beautiful location, great sand beach, beautiful well-maintained complex. You go to the sea among the olive and pomegranate trees and come. The place we stayed was in the most tranquil and most detached place on the site, it was very fun to spend time on the huge patio and to set up a table. In fact, if you want, it has a very suitable area for barbecue and brewing tea in the samovar. Most importantly, Mr. Soner came to us in five minutes when we needed him and took care of your problem. Very understanding and helpful Mr. Soner was a very nice host. Thanks to her, our vacation went very well.

The location is quietly located, everything is within walking distance! The communication with Emel was great! ;) however, the sanitary equipment could use an update, replace handheld shower

Thank you very much Mr. Baris and Ms. Filiz who welcomed us. Everything was great. We had a comfortable, comfortable holiday like our own home. They were helpful with everything, very warm people. The neighborhood is great, the house is reliable and sheltered. The pool is spotlessly clean. There are all the tools for the kitchen. The house's location is quite close to the markets. Parking available. They offered a perfect vacation. I would recommend it to everyone, and I would like to come when I can… Thank you so muchmm:)

Couldn't have asked for a better host. They were helpful from the very beginning and helped up with buying groceries and local food. Any problems with the villa were solved quickly and the host was very responsive. The location of the villa is a little secluded so having a taxi would be best. The villa itself is beautiful and we felt secure for our stay. The views from the balcony and the pool are what you would expect from a high end villa. Overall it was a really pleasant experience.

It was close to food places in the ancient city of Side, the view of the upper floor was very good, I had a very nice experience, if I go to the sidey again, the only place I will stay

The house was as in the images, the host was very caring. There was no problem with sun loungers and umbrellas in the sea and pool.

In a central area, walking distance to the grocery store and the ancient sidé. If you want to go to the city center, it is also close to the point where the vehicles going to get there. The rooms were quite clean, it was a safe stay.

We stayed 14 nights, 2 people. We were very pleased. We found the house clean. The internet is fast, the balcony is spacious. It's an easy place to get around, and a quiet neighborhood. & Thank you for everything

Lovely stay in a very beautiful location with lots of wildlife and nature for the children to explore. All the staff and residents were very friendly and accommodating. The villa was exactly as described and Burcu was very responsive with any messages during the stay. Only downside was it was difficult to get taxis from the site. The security were very helpful and gave us lifts when needed, Not a complaint but just so people are aware. Many thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home

My stay was spectacular! The apartment is as seen in the photos: nice, clean, with many windows and light, super comfortable and with access to a pool always clean and quiet. It is close to a small center in Belek which has a market, restaurants, shops and a bar. The best thing of my week was the kindness of Shaf, he left me a series of recommendations to take advantage of the apartment but also gastronomic recommendations, about activities and places in Belek. It was really amazing with me!

Very good accommodation, looks exactly as pictured. The host is incredibly friendly, needed something and it was a host who was helpful. Guests are just as nice and friendly, you really feel at home. Highly recommend this home. I know for sure that it will be another stay if not more, in the future.

I have stayed in many parts of the world for a very long time, I have never had the slightest problem with accommodation, the host helped with everything and the communication was very friendly and very sincere, I would definitely want to stay again in a safe and peaceful environment, I would like to thank the host for the attention and help he showed me in having such a holiday, excellent internet, excellent location, excellent TV, complete equipment in the kitchen, everything was great.

We were completely satisfied. Great furnishings, very clean, great outdoor facilities, (garden, pool, barbecue area,...) room large and beautifully decorated. Big thank you to Şevkı, who is always there when you need him for any occasion. Super service. Overall a wonderful place to stay, not overcrowded, less of a hotel atmosphere, you feel more comfortable here than in a hotel. All around many opportunities for shopping, restaurants, breakfast. There is a service that takes you to the beach and picks you up again.

We had the pleasure of staying with friends at Zehra and her mother's this week. Zehra had already made herself very available before our arrival by giving us a lot of information about things to do in her beautiful area, sometimes even taking care of reservations.  Despite a late arrival, an excellent meal was waiting for us at the house with very neat table setting. The contact the next day proved to be as good as the first exchanges.  We had breakfasts prepared by her every morning and even a dinner. All the dishes were of excellent quality.  The house offers a great view of Sidé and the coast.  The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.  Indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, practical and superb. The pool is incredibly large. In short, something to delight as many people as possible. Thank you again Zehra for this wonderful stay, your hospitality and kindness. We already miss your dishes.

I loved my stay here - exceeded my expectations. Wonderful apartment with two balconies facing in opposite directions. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Pretty and well maintained grounds and swimming pool. Reception staff were welcoming and responsive. Very comfortable bed. Had a relaxing stay. Easy walk to town. Safe parking.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway Seki cottage is an absolute gem. The location is ideal just a short 15 minute drive to shops, restaurants, and beaches. I would recommend hiring a car as you are in a remote village. The villa itself is spacious and immaculately clean with plenty of room to unwind and enjoy your time in comfort. The highlight of our stay was the private pool! We spent lots of time enjoying peaceful surroundings and making the most of the quiet atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit available from the orange, lemon and loquat trees. What set this stay apart was the host, Zehra went above and beyond by welcoming us with breakfast - such a thoughtful touch. She even made us a delicious homemade peach pie. She was very responsive to queries and offered great recommendations for local restaurants making it easy to discover the best places to eat. The stay overall exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning soon.

A very modern apartment with new appliances, making a very comfortable stay. The main street close by has lots of restaurants and 3-4 different grocery stores within a 10 min walk. It's a short drive to downtown or to the beaches. A great place to stay if you aren't interested in the resorts in Side!

We stayed with children - they liked everything. The host speaks foreign languages,so everything is fine with communication too. I was pleasantly surprised by the parking in the yard.

Access was a bit inconspicous as it looked like a back road. however the host said that it will be paved soon. Good place for a big group. Nice spacious living room/kitchen. well equipped. garden is clean with a nice pool and barbeque. 1 toilet/shower per floor. hot water depended on solar so it was hit and miss during our winter stay. the electric shower had some electrical issue due to a recent thunderstorm. beds were comfortable. the host was very attentive and fixed some issues promptly. A+ service from them. recommended!
