We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. Me and my Fiancé stayed here from June 1–10, and once again, it did not disappoint! This is already our second time booking this place, and we still have zero regrets. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The owners are very accommodating and thoughtful, they even provided complimentary water and snacks, which we truly appreciated! All the cooking appliances and utensils are complete and in great condition. Towels and bed sheets were clean, fresh, and fragrant. Such a comforting detail after a long day out. Honestly, this has become our go-to place whenever I visit Jakarta. Still the best as ever. Highly recommended! 🌟

It was nice to stay here at Katarina place. everything was exactly look the same as the pictures. Only one problem that the AC keep shutting down after couple minutes (less than 15- 20mins) which is really makes me uncomfortable during my stay here especially when the night time when we sleeping. overall everything is fine and great 👍🏻

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Next if there is an event on ice lg we will definitely stay here again. Thank you ma'am yulita and sir andri~

great place to stay, clean and nice room, have netflix on the tv for extra entertainment, and very strategic location.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍
