I loove the place!! Super appreciate the little details such as games, candle, YL diffuser, slippers, vanity kit, hand soaps. The overall look of the place is very cozy and homey. Will surely reco and would like to go back for sure!♥️

The house is good as new. It was so clean and tidy. Necessary things are provided. The caretaker was so reliable and kind. It's not hard to find the place and it's one trike away from everything you need. We enjoyed are stay!

Gracy is very responsive. No difficulty whatsoever in terms of instructions and queries.

We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Alcos residence is that place you’ll be happy to get back to after a long and tiring day. Every corner makes us feel at home—everything’s so clean, amenities are great, and the owners (Ate Dang and Kuya Ferdie) and caretaker (Ate Alice) are all responsive and accommodating. They even troubleshoot the shower the very moment we mentioned it! We had a trauma with transient houses before but Alcos residence made us believe that there are still gems out there! Plus, there’s a parking space too na visible sa CCTV ng owners. Thank you again for the comforting experience, more bookings po for you! 💕

Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, etc. including items needed for cooking such as oil, sauces and spices. The gazebo was great for our guests to celebrate my mother-in-laws 92nd birthday. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

We totally loved our stay in Arnel's place! The unit is spacious, perfect for family with kids like us! Our daughter really likes the bunk bed and the huge TV! The place is so cozy and comfortable, it has an inviting environment that we don't want to go out! It has a complete kitchen utensils and appliances. I especially love the washing machine because we were able to dry our wet clothes from swimming before going home! The view is perfect, it gives more appeal to the place. Arnel was incredibly responsive and so kind, he let us extend for 3hrs for free!! The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to SM Trece. I recommend this place, definitely want to go back again! I am so thankful to found this gem!

The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The place was also clean, aesthetic, and the layout matched the photos. The amenities were also complete and everything was well-organized. Another high note was that the hosts provided Netflix and Prime as well. Overall, the place was great and we’ll definitely book this place again.
