Vacation rentals with a patio in Maltepe

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Uskadar! Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen for cooking, brewing various forms of coffee, tea, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for all guests. The rooms were comfortable, the apartment was clean and well cared for. The balcony Was our favorite part as it looked out onto the water and provided lovely views of the neighborhood,the beautiful mosques and provided the best cool breeze. You are right around the corner to a grocery store, bakery, countless coffee/tea shops, restaurants, and the location to the metro was very convenient. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and conveniently located stay in Uskadar.

Nihal is a wonderful host and her home is lovely. Just like in the photos. All rooms are clean, kitchen and bathrooms well-equipped. There is even a nice back patio. The street was quiet enough at all times. Perhaps, morning vehicles and around dinner time are the most noisy but it was still acceptable. Our family loved chilling in the hall together. Check-in was fuss free. My family of 4 (2 kids — 3 & 9) we found it accessible enough to get to Uskudar pier where all the major ferry lines are. It gave us the chance to hv a truly immersive experience while staying in Istanbul. Glad to have chosen your home!

I had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. It’s compact but beautifully and thoughtfully designed — everything felt very functional and comfortable, and the layout made good use of the space. The apartment is well-equipped with quality appliances like a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and vacuum cleaner, which made day-to-day living very easy. There’s also a small terrace that brings in fresh air and adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The location is great — the neighborhood has a relaxed, interesting vibe, and I enjoyed spending time in the area. Mehmet was kind enough to offer me an early check-in and shared some helpful local recommendations as well. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay! Thank you, Mehmet ☺️

Loved this neighbourhood so much. So many great cafes and chill local vibes. We are so happy that we stayed here. We slept really well and feel so lucky that Omer allowed us to check in earlier and later. He was super flexible and easy to communicate with.

Biz 3 arkadaş konakladık ve gerçekten çok rahattık. Daire görsellerdeki gibi bu konuda endişeniz olmasın. Girişi kolaylıkla sağladık. Zaten ev sahibiyle sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Temizlik açısındanda hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Odalarımız, mutfak ve banyo tertemizdi. Büyükada’ya gelip konaklamak istiyorsanız eğer kesinlikle tercihiniz olmalı. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Fiyat performans olarak müthiş bir yer 10/10 Onun dışında dışarıdan o kadar da ses gelmiyordu. Diğer odalardan sesler geliyordu ama. Ses yalıtımı olsa iyi olur :/ Konumu mükemmel her yere yakın ve tam merkezi. Gayet temizdi. Bir sıkıntı göremedim. Balkonu olması güzeldi. Ahmet bey yardımlarımlarıyla destek oldu. 🙏🏽 Genel olarak güzel bir deneyimdi. Tavsiye ederim.

The house had a beautiful view, just like in the photos. For those who don't live in Istanbul and are planning to rent a house, I highly recommend seeing this view at least once. Adem was a very helpful host and tried to assist with everything. Thank you again.

konaklamamız güzel geçti. evin konumu çok iyi yerdeydi bir çok yere kolay ulaşım sağladık. ev temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Barış bey bizimle ilgilendi ve çok sıcak kanlıydı. İstanbul seyehatlerimizde kesinlikle başka bir yere bakmadan müsait ise tekrar tekrar burada kalmayı tercih ederiz.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

Das Viertel ist alt und unsicher, oft sitzen Betrunkene am Eingang. Für Familien ungeeignet, aber vielleicht okay für Singles. Die Wohnung war sauber, wir haben immer abgeschlossen. Mustafa ist nett und gastfreundlich, aber die Lage ist schlecht.

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. C’est, sans aucun doute, l’un des meilleurs emplacements pour découvrir Istanbul. Je recommande vivement ! Brunet Jean Claude et Isabelle Mai 2

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet – modern, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die tolle Aussicht über Istanbul und auf den Bosporus, einfach traumhaft! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was spotless and quiet, with beautiful views from the terrace. The location is perfect for exploring Cihangir and beyond. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Everything was perfect; I would gladly come back!

A casa fica no bairro de Cihangir, bem próxima a Praça Taksim. Se você descer, tem acesso fácil a estação de Kabatas, com acesso ao bonde, funicular e ferries. Se você subir a rua, chega em frente a Praça Taksim, que tem o funicular que sobe de Kabatas, bonde que percorre a Avenida Istiklal, além do metrô. Tem alguns pequenos mercados e loja de frutas na rua da casa. E muitas cafeterias e restaurantes bem perto. São 3 andares e um porão. No porão há uma suíte completa com cozinha. No térreo é uma sala com TV e um espaço externo pequeno. No segundo andar é uma suíte completa e no quarto andar é uma cozinha e sala de TV super aconchegante, junto a varanda. Tudo novo, aconchegante, muito bem decorado, funcionando perfeitamente e de excelente qualidade. Minha única sugestão seria um corrimão nas escadas para dar mais segurança a pessoas com menos mobilidade.
