First floor spacious flat. Off street parking,laundry,2 ovens,new kitchen and bathroom, room for everyone in this 1500 sq ft apt. Nearby restaurants, drug stores, park, playground all walkable. SPAC/track/Albany Airport easy 20 min commute.Walk to Ugly Rooster for breakfast or End Zone for a beer/burger. Sit on the front porch or enjoy watching TV under the fan in the carport. Carport provides winter shield from the elements in the winter. Driveway/carport provides enough room for two cars.

Home has recently been updated. Nautical theme cozy house. Come relax on the front porch with views of the lake. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a loft that has a bed and a desk.
