Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Malolos

Out of all the AirBnBs I’ve booked, Jan’s place is the most seamless and flexible. What I appreciate the most is the early check in option - especially with the fact that our flight is extra early. Everything was spotless and it smells good. We loved the mini balcony design too. It’s walking distance going to gateway, but if you’re too tired walk it’s just around 2km grab ride away. Will def book here again.

Very responsive and accomodating si ma'am Sushmitha. Malamig din ng place pag pasok which is a plus para saamin na taga Baguio na sanay sa lamig all throughout. Over all very nice place

Had a pleasant stay! The host was very responsive, and the place is great for those running errands in the area. It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator, so it may not be ideal for kids or elderly guests. Overall, a nice experience!

When I got into this airbnb, I was surprised because the vibes are very chill and cozy. It is very relaxing and very clean! The view from the balcony at night is picturesque. Her sister and niece is very accommodating and nice. Definitely I will recommend this Airbnb to my friends as well😊❤️

We enjoyed our 2 nights there, especially the kids. Though the rain was pouring when we stayed there, the place is so comfy to stay with, while watching Netflix. The kids spend time on the balcony often, taking pictures and watching trains passing by. We do love exploring the panoramic view from the roof deck and took lots of photos. The place is probably worth staying with. We come back and book the same room because it gives us a cozy home-felt comfort throughout our stay. About parking space, it's a little bit tricky going to basement 4...but the guard assisted us... Thank you, Mr. Noel!

stayed in this place with an infant. if ever we'll be at the area, it would be an easy decision to book this place again :) easily one of the most convenient and satisfying space we had booked - clean, essential amenities are ready to be used and you can also entertain yourself in the area if you are looking for a staycation. the staff are approachable, friendly and easy to talk to for concerns. grateful we had a seamless, stress-free stay :)

We watched LANY concert on October 12 in Philippine Arena and this is where my friends and I stayed for 2 nights. We’re a total of 6 people and we enjoyed our stay here. Near SM Marilao. Easy for Grab Taxis and Deliveries. And convenient when watching a concert in Philippine Arena. Thank you Maam Milagros

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

Maricar is very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I requested if we can rent the Club House's swimming pool and she didn't hesitate to call the office and booked it for us right away! The rent was affordable as well. My 3 kids and their friends had a blast! We also received a welcome basket from her. The house is beautiful, clean and organized. Anything we need for the house were already there! When we visit Calumpit, Bulacan in the near future, we will book her house again :)

Place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for small family. Host was responsive and very accommodating.

The unit is very nice and fits my need for my annual vacation particularly with the provided internet. Instructions from the owner is clear and very helpful. The condo as a whole is quiet and not so crowded which we love the most. It's very strategic in doing my errands both in Manila and Quezon City since the LRT is just few steps away. Doc Enri is a great host, always communicates and concern for our stay. I will definitely recommend his unit and the condo to my colleagues.

Had a great stay with their unit and it felt private and at the same time i had plenty of option for dining as it is near the mall and a big plus that there is a grocery store right in front of the reception/lobby area. And a big plus for me is the gym access as i love to do some walking/running.

Ms. Lisa was very accommodating. I highly appreciate how clearly she communicated with us. Since we booked the unit the same day, we had to wait for a bit because it still had to be cleaned due to a previous booking. Even so, she offered to extend our stay, and the place was spotless when we came in. I also like how complete the kitchen is. Aside from the usual cookware, there was also some seasoning readily available. Lastly, the unit looked exactly like the photos. The bed was comfy, there were a lot of things to do, and it was easy to access. I highly recommend this place, and I want to commend Ms. Lisa for being a great host.

Close to everything. Wish guests had more access to gym and pool without additional fees. Grocery store just down the block. There was a persistent mold or mildew smell. I don’t know if it is unique to the unit or a building issue. Owners are extremely responsive and proactive. Building and grounds secure and safe.

The unit is huge, very clean also. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in quezon. 10/10
